Vienna Marriott Hotel    

I liked everything about this hotel except its location. The fact that it's located far, compared to most of the hotels in vienna, from the centre where all the fun is, really disturbed me.

Very little information on Restaurant We asked for a taxi at the door and were guided to an unmarked Car. This was 10 euro more expensive than a normal taxi Breakfast prices were ridiculous

We didn't have parking place

The concierge (Evelyn) was helpful and attentive.

The rooms need urgent renovation, they are old and shower was very unconfortable. The towels are old and tiny (for a hotel this price we expected more...). The ammenities are scarce and very basic, for example there was not even cotton balls for makeup removal. No bathrobes were available. When we arrived with 3 pieces of luggage, no one was available so we had to take them inside and keep them with us for check in, no help was even offered until much later. Also the price of internet was absurd. For the room rate, it should be included. We stayed at the sofitel in budapest a week before and it was included. I understand this may be the marriott policy but they dont really go out of their way to make the guests feel welcome and less like they are at a luxury hotel.

I liked the swimming pool, the water has no usual "sanitary" smell and feels like natural mineral water.

Internet is too slow speed in the lobby and balcony area, should be free WiFi for such Hotel.

Quite dusty in the rooms... (Пыльно) Bar has no Jagermeister( in Austria?!) (нет национального напитка?!) "King-size" bed is made of two normal beds... (king size - просто две сдвинутые кровати)

Expensive and not breakfast included. Unable to watch free tv, chargin for intenet access is out of this world in 2013 & paying such a high rate!!

Lovely hotel, good, friendly staff excellent facilities.

service was poor , in 7.30 in the morning they start with machine cleaning the coridor and normally you must wake up, the voice of tv didnt work we must call twice reception for fixing the problem.

The locaion is just great. It faces the beautiful SATDTPARK. About 10 minutes walk from the main train station . The main shopping street is just 10 minutes walk. The main museaums are between 20-30 minutes walk . Beakfast was good. And all the staff of the hotel were very nice .

I stayed in the double deluxe room. The furniture was quite worn out and out dated.The bed was not the MARRIOTT standard. Rooms need total refurbishment . The bathroom/toilet and it's amenities very poor . Did not feel like a 5 star quality.

The staff were professionals the hotel is nice and the place of the hotel is great ...

Location is good.

Nice hotel but soundproofing is really poor.

I didn't like the fact that we were in Room 622 which had an adjoining door to Room 624. We were woken at 6am by children next door banging on our door and making terrible noise. We called reception who did phone the people in Room 624 - we could hear the phone ringing - noise stopped for a short time but started again and continued till the family went to breakfast at 9 am I would only recommend the Marriott if one were insured that the room had better insulation.

Not enough staff. Difficulty getting served at bar, restaurant & at reception. Breakfast A bit chaotic too.

The hotel is situated in very good part of the city. Close to everywhere:) Breakfast was really good. So many choices. Fresh wafles and so on.

Even though it was very pleasure stay I don´t think that price is proportional to provided services. Internet is for extra charge!!!!! - I still don´t understand... On the other side, you can have a rest and don´t have to check the emails..:)
