It is central,next to everything worth seeing in Vienna.Rooms large and beds very comfortable.The bathroom was also in good condition and spacious .Breakfast was great.No noise from the central street infront of the hotel.The staff was helpful and polite. |

The personnel was very polite and very professional (10). The Hotel location in Vienna is very good (9), the room location in the hotel was poor (5). The room comfort was medium for a 5star hotel and the room not fully equipped (shampoo, ear cleaning sticks, slippers etc, however after i requested them they provided). The breakfast was very good (9,5). A minor negative event is that the last day they denied to me a free of charge late check out (15:00 instead of 12:00) although they have promised it the previous day, due to the regulations of the hotel. I observed: other costumers had free of charge late check outs. |

Breakfast was delicious; Suite was very comfortable. I made a booking for the Special Summer Offer, suitable for families - 2 double beds in the room. When we arrived none of those rooms were available. We were "upgraded to a suite" but had to pay extra for the beds for the children - I think this is misleading marketing. |

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. The staff was very friendly and efficient and very helpful with every request I had. The restaurant staff and bar staff were very nice. The location was very good. The pool was dirty so we didn't get to swim. |

Cleaning. comfort. trying to do best in servicing and comfortable location Actually I don't understand till now why I paid too much. When I checked inn. I paid 568,5 eur by card then I paid 859 eur when checkng out . I was told that my room costs 378 eur per night. And more over I prepaid one day by internet. All in all I had to pay 378eur+ 378eur + 101eur ( extra pay for better room) + 26eur ( for extra breakfast) - total is 883eur . In fact I paid 1427,5 eur . As far as my english is poor I couldn't find out anything |
