Everything is great
I don't normally review hotels I stay in though I travel a lot and stay in a lot of different hotels. But this hotel was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. If you're straying in Vienna and want to be in or close to the city centre, then I can't reccomend this hotel more highly
The overall picture form the hotel is good. The staff is very polite and helpful.
It is the general feeling the hotel does not keep up its 5 star level. Housekeeping did not prepare the bed for the night. One day internet access was broken. I think you could say there are better hotels now in Vienna at this price level. But... it is still a fine hotel and I am critical.
I loved the view, the unexpected upgrade, the friendliness of the staff, the whole artistic concept behind the decoration, the spa package for two people for 99 euros (only available for two days), the complimentary nespresso machine, the bed and the pillows. I had such an amazing stay
The room service food...good but not great (as you would expect, I guess?)
Location, View and staff
The hotel is very well designed. The attention to details is astonishing. Also, the breakfast on top floor has an amazing view to the city. Additionally, there are real nice restaurants around the hotel.
Can't think of anything.
View, location, restaurant on the 18th floor with beautiful view. Breakfast. Garage, free mini bar. Modern design.
We were waiting for omelettes almost 50 min. There were guests who came 15 min after us and got their meals before us!!!??
-Room service, concierge and dinning staff is excellent. Housekeeping and reception have to be a little bit improve. -The facilities is great and comfort. -The location is very close to important tourist attraction. -Taxi service just right in front of the hotel.
-I have a very bad experience with check-in and out process. During check-in they say they will reserve my total stay with 100 euro per night, I reserve two room for 5 nights. So it take all my credit limit for the card (as we are from Thailand my credit limit 3,000 euro is some kind of maximun limit in my country). When I check out, they say they can only charge for one room. Which is 1,100 euro, another room they can not charge because of the reserve they cancel is not automatic cancel, I have to wait for another week. If I am not travel with my boss, I couldn't pay that bill. The hotel should improve their billing system. Most of the leading hotel, they will charge to the reserve amount, not cancel the reserved and charge again, which mean double charge.
I loved everything about this hotel: the installations, the super modern rooms, the restaurant/bar with a view to die for, the friendliest staff, the details (like leaving a bottle of water and a thank you card in our car when we departed), the espresso machine in the room, etc. etc. etc. And let's not forget the location. I do recommend it without hesitation.
The breakfast , location , staff , the bed amazing to sleep and everything is perfect
The staff are very gentle and helpful also the hotel design is wonderful and comfortable
I was advised that I do not get 'Le Club Accor' loyalty points if I book with Booking.com. The decor of the room was like sleeping in a dental surgery. They made a real mess of booking us on a dinner cruise down the Danube, ended up going to Burger King.
Good location Friendly staff The whole hotel from outside and inside is an art masterpiece All the rooms are well designed and colored, so it is more spacious, with separate toilet, bath tub, shower and a double sinks, plus Nespresso coffee machine. I really liked the rooms very much and i think it deserves the price given I enjoyed the stay in vienna and particularly staying in this hotel Will stay in this hotel if i am visiting vienna again
Cosy bed, helpfull staff, luxury items...
White rooms should be sharp, neat and impecable, but.... they are not... Chair was broken, light in front of bathroom mirror was weak, water from bath tub flows out and makes slippery floor in the whole room, no carpet, white floor got dirty by just looking at it... all-white is difficult to maintain, and if not cleaned all day long - looks dirty
the whole experience staying at your hotel
The location was excellent with a very nice view of downtown. The hotel was very new and good service in general.
The calls were answered rather late at all times
Great view of the city. Plenty mirrors in the room
Rooms with white decoration was cold and dirty look. Made you feel like in a hospital. When they say "minibar included" they mean 4 bottles of juice and water.
Fantastic location, and great facilities in the rooms. The bar on the 18th floor was good, although the drinks were a little pricey - you do pay for the view, though, it is incredible at night.
The breakfast options were expensive for what they were, so we used the small local cafes instead. This wasn't a real issue given the number of great places to get something to eat in Vienna!
Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Very friendly staff. View from Loft restaurant/bar
Breakfast was expensive
Stayed at a Deluxe room with an incredible view. The room was spacious, elegant, minimal but still cozy. The bed was the most comfortable ever!! The bar on the top floor has a breath-taking view on the city.
Took a taxi to another location and the driver was incredibly rude. At the top floor bar the staff serving by the bar was slow, and didn't pay attention if people wanted to order.
Design, food, bar, spa, location, nearby shops and bars
Head of bar, VERY disrespectful; rest of staff was great
The receptionist at front desk was very helpfull
