Fabulous breakfast - the best we had in any hotel in Europe. Free bottle of juice on bed on arrival provided a nice touch. Spacious room. 10 minute taxi ride to the train station. English speaking reception staff who were very efficient and helpful and patiently answered guests' questions. Also provided information about tourist sights and sold tickets for Mozart concerts. Toilet has a separate door, so two people can use bathroom at the same time. Good clean hotel, providing value for money.

No extra blankets and pillows in room. Towels were not big enough, but extra were provided on request, free of charge. No tea and coffee making facilities in room, no mini-bar and no safety deposit box. Room is equipped for students, so is bare bones, but adequate. Some might not like the white fluorescent lighting in the room and bathroom. Only one mirror over the basin in the bathroom. No mirrors at all in the room. Shower cubicle is small and opening to get into the shower is also small, so a big person might struggle. No laundry facilities or laundry service for guests.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean, minimalist rooms. We would have stayed longer but rooms unavailable after 30 Sept.

Very good location in the 2nd disctrict, close to the main historical attractions and public transport. Relaxing and nice summer terrace in the yard add one more plus to the silent location of the hotel. Clean rooms and 'all necessary for breakfast' make it good value for money you spend.

Absence of wifi in rooms can be distubing if a stay is longer. Hotel is working only summer time (till the end of September).

The Hotel was spotlessly clean, and within easy walking distance of trams and U bahn connections at Schwedens Platz. There are all sorts of restaurants and food stalls close by, also in Schwedens Platz. The Hotel is in a convenient position and the breakfast was ample, although boiled eggs were the only hot food available. Free wired internet is available in the room, plugged into the back of the phone console with your own ethernet cable, or the hotel will provide a cable for a 10 Euro deposit. The free WiFi in the lobby wasn't much chop as it's a very weak signal and very short range. Other than that, I would stay there again, mainly for the price and convenience.

I liked the room, breakfast was good, city center pretty close. Good value for the money.

No wi-fi in the room, only in the lobby, the ventilator from the bathroom a little noisy. Anyway, no major complains.

Room was small and our particular room was dark.

Convenient location, close to airport bus and to downtown. Very clearn. Renovated. Fast internet. Choice of good dinner for only 10.50 euros including 1 glass of wine.

Everything was there, as expected and published in the website.

The hotel is clean, simple and well located. the garden is a big plus as there did not appear to be much airconditioning. The evening buffet was excellent value for money

All I needed to make me happy was an iron/ironing board.. as advertised in the hotel brochure.. in order to make ready for a business meeting. The ( unfriendly) staff told me therwere only two irons and they were both out. I think as they charge a 20 euro deposit, they should also make it 20 euro by day and buy themselves some more irons with the proceeds from those guests who keep the two irons for days in their rooms.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are quite basic and was a little hot with no air conditioning, but overall - good stay.

This room looks good. I do like the breakfast and the warmheart staff. And the reception speaks Englich and German well.

The room smells a little uncomfortable. There is no wlan in the room. It's not convenient.

A good hotel with a big rooms. Location is near the city center, about 15 min walk to St.Stefan or Prater, there is a CityBicke station in 2 min walk. Fast internet in the room (10Euro deposit for cabel). Nice garden inside, there you can have breackfast or have a rest in the evening.

Poor breackfast, only bread with cheese, ham or jam, waiter bring you boiled egg if you ask for. I think is better to have a meal in cafe near the hotel.

It was very clean and comfortable with en suit bathroom. The staff at reception go out of their way to help and even did extra search of my room for me 12 hours after leaving because I thought I had left something in the room, they even called me back later in Germany to let me know they found nothing. They deserve praise, thank you.

Location is really great, easy to get to central Vienna. We wanted a safe place to park our car and their private car parking in their basement was the perfect choice,even if there's a charge for it.

We were a little bit dissapointed that there's no fridge in the room.Reception offered to keep our stuff in their fridge, which was a really nice gesture, but we refused as we had too much and didn't want to trouble them.

the weather was stinging hot. Despite claiming to be a 3 star hotel there was no AC in the room and the hotel refused to provide even a table fan to beat the stifling heat. I shall definitely not recommend the hotel to any of my fellow travellers at least in the month of August. Finally I felt that I was cheaated of my hard earned money for spending two miserable nights in the hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the location was great (not exactly in the city-center but very close to several public transport stops and it was also possible just to walk to the center). The room was big and clean and the internet connection was really well. I just can say positive things about this hotel. I'll totally recommend it!

In this functional hotel, our favourite was the outside patio in the back. The breakfast was competent.

No air conditionning... It was really hot betweeen the 1st and the 3rd august, and it was increadibly hot in the room. The price is a bit high for the hotel itself, but it's an expensive city...

+ Rooms are really clean. + Mattresses are hard, just like I like it + Food ok, like in an economy hotel + Garden next to the canteen

It was close to the center of Vienna. The hotel has a garage.

The room floors were very dirty. The biggest minus was the lack of air conditioning. It was very hot in the room and it was imbossible to sleep in the heat. I guess it's not normaly a problem but it was a very hot time in Vienna. Air conditioning is a must in modern hotels!

Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et d'une très grande propreté. Situation optimale pour visiter Vienne : 5 minutes à pied du métro et de plusieurs lignes de tram. A 10 minutes à pied du centre de Vienne. Petit déjeuner, servi sous forme de buffet très varié et copieux, qui peut être pris dans un jardin très agréable.

Chech-in à partir de 15h uniquement. (système de gardiennage des bagages) Hall d'accueil peu chaleureux.
