We liked the location, and it was clean but very basic, but then it was a budget hotel so value for money, it was quite good. The breakfast which was included in the price was quite good as well.

It was fine for our needs. There are no complaints. I would have liked to stay in a better hotel, but our budget didn't allow it, so it was fine.

The hotel provided good clean basic accommodation, the buffet breakfast was good with well oganised staffing. Location is within walking distance of the city centre.

Hard to find fault. We felt whilst the half price evening buffet offered on the first evening of our stay was value for money, for the full price we could eat better outside.

The location was close to the Ubahn and the value for money was better than in many four stars hotels.this is cleary an underrated hotel and it deserves at least an eight judging by the customers reviews

Good location, few minutes by foot from vienna’s centre; nice breakfast ; friendly staff.

Cheap looking halls and rooms; small and squeaky beds; two beds although we've booked double bed room; total price of the reservation was charged on the day of booking, eight days before check in.

perfect location! close to the airport bus station, 2 underground station,10-15 minutes walk to the city center!

Very small rooms, no a/c, no sound-proofed rooms, very noisy and unable to rest.

Very friendly staff and clean room with "all you need". Seperate bath and seperate toilet in the room. Breakfast was incredible, very big buffet and very tasty. I only stayed for one night since I just had some business to do at Vienna but I can definity recommend this hotel for longer too. Even if its hidden in a side street at Leopoldstadt I had no problems finding it starting from U-Bahn station Taborstraße, therefore you are connected to the whole center very easily even if the hotel lies somewhat outside of the center. They offer a free stay if you sleep 10 days at any of their hotels in Vienna, Salzburg or Klagenfurt, nice goody for someone who travels around.

There was no air condition in the room but even after a hot day the temperature in the room was still okay so thats no big disadvantage.

Excelente. Un poco alejado del centro historico, pero apenas 20 minutos a pie. El servicio de desayuno muy bueno. Asimismo ofrecen una bonificacion para los huespedes para acceder al servicio de cena a precio muy económico a lo que se ofrece en la ciudad. Sin dudas para recomendar

Empregados simpáticos e atenciosos. Bem localizado (próximo das principais atracções turísticas) Pequeno almoço excelente!!!
