the bedding was perfect and the overall design has merit. location perfect.

two keys are required for two occupants because there is no way to lock the room door from the inside without and if it is locked from the outside the inside occupant cannot escape if there is a fire: GIGANTIC FAULT!! Breakfast was too expensive for someone only wanting coffee and one or two pastries, and not the full smorgasbord.

Fantastic location five minutes from Museum Quartier and (a little farther) the historic district Very helpful staff answered city questions and gave great recommendations of local restaurants Non- alcoholic bar is free and open 24/7 (great for getting water/coffee/juice/etc)

Breakfast is 15 euro, but there are plenty of cafes in the area as an alternative

Clean room, staff is friendly and helpful. Good location in MuseumsQuartier, and a leisurely walk to the opera takes about 10 minutes.

There are tram lines in the street in front of the hotel, so it is a bit noisy.

The Staff was so kind and professional. Great position in an interesting area (Spittelberg).

They serve breakfast with hot drinks through an automatic machine.

great location with many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby, subway station is just 5 min away

no a/c, can be hot during summer! wanted to open the window and it almost FELL OFF! the hinge on the window was broken.

Can't really say much of what I liked. Read below and u will understand.

Room 407 was terribly small. Even 1* hotels have better rooms. Not enough space to open luggage. Breakfast is really poor went for breakfast and was asked €15 p/p but seeing what they offer I refused it down the road had 5x better things at a 1/3 of this price. Will surely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you check how often am travelling, you will see that I always leave positive comments. Not this time. Got much more to say but will skip the rest. Lastly, online photos from what and how my room was are totally different. Maybe taken from another hotel??? Surely and definitely have nothing to do with ugly, terribly small, old furnished room and the 1.2sq m toilet which u squeeze ur self into

We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. Hotel is very good. Staff in hotel very kindly. There is free Wi-Fi. Hotel situated near Volktheater station. Not far from hotel there are a lot good restaurants. Museumsquartier is on the other side of the road.

Excellent location between MuseumusQuartier and Marihilfer Strasse. Good value for money. Room was clean, the double bed is large and comfortable, bathroom look good.

The stairweell's look does not fit a 4 star hotel.

1) this not 4* htl ,very poor htl, in uae this similar 0* htl. 2).The ladies receipcionis name stefany she is not welcome to guest. Even i complaint for room & telephone she don't care. 3) no available cofei/tea water heater in room.

There was nothing that really caught my attention, everthing was already expected for a 4 stars hotel, but it could be better.

When I separated the 2 beds I found trash and dust in the middle of them, very unconfortable. And the wifi internet in the room was useless, it was very slow and I was disconected all the time. I think that for a 4 stars hotel, the quality of the internet should be much better.

Liked the complimentary tea and coffee after a long day sightseeing. Really enjoyed our stay.

I´ve been in this hotel repeatedly and I will come again..... Location for busisness purposes is just excelent.
