The hotel was OK! Not 4 stars for sure, more looks like 3 stars. The area is good, and very central. But I think for that price you can find better accomodation. Average 3 star hotel. Not bad, and you can stay tehre, but i think you can find better place (for that amount) also. |

The stuff was very friendly and helpfull. The location is very good: close to the city center and underground station. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. |

Convience to the old city. No AC and with the windows open sleeeping was disturbed by the outside noise. Trying to unload the car with baggage was difficult with the cars and street cars. |

The hotel location is very close to the main train station and other attractions are easy accessible by walking distance. The reception and lift located at the ground floor. The lift is too small for a stroller to go in, we have to take turn to use the lift. So inconvenient for family with young children as we have to use the staircase. |

The location right next to the Museum Quarters. Really liked the style of the hotel, great with the art on the walls and little detail, only the room could have been to same standard with new carpet and one larger single bed, but not really complaining as the rate was very good. |

The hotel is in a good location to the museums. Very stylish with minibar in room. Internet is provided in lobby, but you have to stand to use the computer. It would be nice to have Wifi available in the rooms. |

I liked staying at Vienart hotel very much. The staff was very polite, and the guy at reception has a very good English which is rare thing in Austria, I've noticed. Hotel has great location, close to shopping street and all the things you should see. Clean and cosy, nicely designed. Made lots of photos. Beverages at lobby is a great idea! |

clean rooms, the design of the hotel, the intimate boutique style, the fact that is situated near the museum quartier and other points of attraction for a tourist in vienna and, as I came there for shopping, the fact that is very very close to mariahilferstrasse |
