Sijainti, hinta ja henkilökunta erittäin hyviä. Suosittelisin muillekin.

Sijainti ja alue oli hyvä, lähellä metroasemaa. Spittelbergin alue ja Mariahilferstrassen ostoskatu olivat vieressä. Ilmainen ja rajoittamaton internetyhteys oli hyvä.

Kadulta hotellin takapuolelta kuului pajon melua sekä illalla, että erittäin aikaisin aamulla. Koska oli hiostava ilma kaipasimme ilmastointia. Kokolattiamatto huono ratkaisu, antaa tunkkaisen ja epäsiistin vaikutelman.

Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli ok. Sijainti on myös todella hyvä.

Lobbybaari olisi mukava lisä.

Runsas aamiainen, kahvi-, tee- ja virvoikemahdollisuus sekä internet 24 h.

Hinta-laatusuhde ei ehkä ollut ihan kohdallaan. Huoneiden kylpyhuoneet oli uusittu, samoin ilm. kalusteet, mutta muuten ne olivat aika nuhruiset (kokolattiamatto) ja kuluneet sekä pienet.

the hotel staff front desk woman was extremely friendly and helpful.

My room was on the front side of the hotel and it was very loud.

Nothing in particular, except the location, which comes in handy when you plan to visit all main vienise venues

I ask booking.com to be more accurate in grading of the hotels. this hotel was booked as four stars, which it is not both by appearance and service. May be it was a four star hotel, but not nowdays. Rooms have basic set of furniture and accesories.

Perfectly located: just behind the Museum Quarter, close to the historic center of the city and a 2 min walk from the U3 subway.

Moody hotel staff. Older woman on afternoon shift stared at us when we came in from a walk (she didn´t even greet us); young girl on morning shift was very friendly and helpful. Room with no air conditioning can be a problem in the summer. Although hotel lobby has a charming atmosphere, with trendy decoration, room furniture is quite old.

(i) Lack of air conditioner it was very, very, very hot!!!! (Ii) the fact that there was no "no disturb" sign to leave on the door, (iii) the fact that by this moment I still have a hold on my account for the guarantee amount even if 12 days have past and I have no ideea when they will solve this... It is more of a 3 stars hotel than a 4 star hotel and the standard price per room is too high for what they offer
