Score from 1747 reviews Very good
Friendly staff Free coffee and softdrinks almost at anytime! :)
Not good Internet in rooms
Great breakfast with fresh juices. near the museums.
Very loud noises from the people next door watching tv all night and also street noise cars, trams buses. There was nobody to help with our luguage. The receptionist forgot to book our taxi to the aiport.
Location near museumquarter and subway breakfast very good
The receptionist was very friendly and attentative even though she did not know all the answers to our questions about tourist spots, she did look then up for us. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. We asked for a bright room and got top floor which had roof windows so cannot darken room when sleeping, was quite bright with full moon and in morning.
A little noisy with tram next to hotel but this was just a little bother.
very spacious room
some road news
Clean rooms, everything worked Friendly helpful staff Great breakfast Very close to public transport
Very helpful staff. The airport taxi was an hour late and the staff organised a city taxi, which finally brought us to the flight on time
Breakfast very basic
location，free coffee and drink
No wifi in room
Good location, close to main tourist attractions and also to the shops on Mariahilfer. Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. Rooms are spatious and clean, although I had expected more on the artistic side of the decoration. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
At night you can hear very well the noise of the tram passing, and also the cars. With the window closed.
This was a comfortable and stylish hotel in an interesting part of the city with lots to do.
Although I had pre-booked gluten free breakfast, I had to ask waiters for my gluten free bread every morning.
Location is great
Parking in car park cost euro 33 overnight.
Close to city center, nice view
There is a common balcony and we think again to leave open window while sleeping
This hotel ticked all the boxes for us and we would definitely stay and recommend to others.
Something the hotel has no control over - a few noisy house guests.
Staff Price Location Clean Ordered a double room and got a free upgrade to a suite, it was very nice!
Wifi - login through a proxy and slow (common throughout all of Ausria though) No AC - also a norm in Austria (visited 6 hotels in Austria)
room was not as dirty as waited according to the number of stars and room was too small to this price.
We did not have to travel within the city as the hotel is in the musem quartier, we enjoyed the rich breakfast and the free drinks in the evening as well as the new design of the hotel.
It was too warm in the room, the new, modern design shoud be extended to the whole building (window and door frames, elevators, etc.)
Superb hotel, great location
The location was good and staff was pleasant.
We came on a hot day and were given a tiny stifling room with attic style windows. We couldn't sleep for the heat (despite 2 fans the staff provided). The staff tried to transfer us to an air conditioned room but none was available. People coming in the summer should ask for an air conditioned room ahead of time.
+ Location, location, location
- there is no air conditioning so when you sleep with the window open the rooms on the street side are noisy.
Excellent location, complimentary soft drinks/tea/coffee/hot chocolate between 12:00-24:00, cleanliness, good free maps and tourist guides upon check-in, quiet rooms.
Room is a bit small. Decoration is far from similar to call it a boutique hotel (neither to award 4 stars), but considering the many advantages (and the overall price level in Vienna) I still recommend this place.
Modern design, location, staff
Cope with stairs when carry luggages
close to Musuemsquartier and the inner city, coffee/ tea facilities
no air conditioning, noisy road, expensive breakfast, noises from the other room (TV) could be heard easily, a lot of stairs (no good for handicapped people or those traveling with small kids)
Location, staff was so friendly and helpful. The room spacious, so clean and comfy.
No air conditionner, but they had fans which was good enough.
