Nic nam sie nie podobało . Nie polecamy hotelu.

bardzo zimno w pokojach , brak moźliwosci włączenia ogrzewania, hotel bardzo przeciętny typowy hostel , wyposazenie pokoi ubogie. cztery gwiazdki to nieporozumienie. Nie polecamy.Odradzamy i ostrzegamy przed korzystaniem z systemu rezerwacji on -line. Blokuja, bez uprzedzenia, na koncie karty kredytowej sumy przewyższające rachunek za hotel.

minusem jest bliskość ulicy (dość ruchliwej) i hałas

gościnność, otwarcie na potrzeby turystów, można pozostawić bagaż w hotelu, odpocząć w recepcji, w przypadku póżnego wyjazdu mimo zakończwenia doby hotelowej.

Akustyka. Przy nie poszanowanie ciszy nocnej przez innych gosci uciązliwa.

The location is great. Very close to the touristy centre, but also in the midst of a great area itself with lovely restaurants and bars. Indeed, I preferred to go out for a meal in the restaurants nearby. Breakfast was superb, freshest pastries, nice cereal, good coffee and an extra touch - frizzante wine was very appreciated. Bathroom was sparkingly clean and new.

It is indeed quite surprising that one cannot order room service or get a drink at a bar in a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. On the other hand, a multitude of places to go nearby is such that a lack of a restaurant is not such an issue. The mini bar was poorly equipped, and 4 euros for a 0.3 can of Heineken is a rip off! I would not mind paying this sum for a 0.3 bottle, but a can... hello....Although a good effort was made to renovate and trendify the rooms, the doors were very old and look like from a Soviet hostel. Why not change them?

Hotel staff is very good

Location is excellent right across the street from the museum quarter and 2 half blocks to the underground. The always available tea and coffee was welcome. free wifi was welcome.

The locaton was convenient. The baths were nice but I like and hand wash cloth.

Front desk day manager (lady) was not friendly and could not communicate well to english speakers. The carpet was nasty in the room and the TV needs updating and a channel selection that includes Fox news (US)

The 24 h complimentary coffee, tea, and juice self-service bar was very inviting. The location to tourist sites, shopping, transportation and good places to eat was unmatched. They let us keep baggage in storage for one week while we toured Italy. Free internet connection was good.

In early October it was still a bit warmer in our room than would be hoped. The shower-tub required high stepping with inadequate hand holds to enter; seems a bit risky.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly.

Not many facilities i.e no iron in the whole hotel! The walls are pretty thin and I could hear the tv from next door all night. The breakfast was expensive and the wireless did not work all the time.
