lokalizacja - 2 minuty od museum quartier i Albertiny! poza tym naprawde czysto i b ładna lazienka na pewno nie jest to 4 gwiazdkowy hotel, nazwalabym go raczej bardzo luksusowym hostelem. Radzę też wybrać sie na śniadanie do kantyny w muzeum quartier, gdzie za 6 euro jest lepsz zestaw śniadaniowy, ze świeżo wyciskanym sokiem pomarańczowym, niż za 13 euro w hotelu. "designerski" image hotelu jest trochę pretnsjonalny:) |

tak, mimo że wizyta trwała tylko weekend hoptel wywarł pozywtywne wrażenie minusem jest bliskość ulicy (dość ruchliwej) i hałas |

gościnność, otwarcie na potrzeby turystów, można pozostawić bagaż w hotelu, odpocząć w recepcji, w przypadku póżnego wyjazdu mimo zakończwenia doby hotelowej. Akustyka. Przy nie poszanowanie ciszy nocnej przez innych gosci uciązliwa. |

The locaton was convenient. The baths were nice but I like and hand wash cloth. Front desk day manager (lady) was not friendly and could not communicate well to english speakers. The carpet was nasty in the room and the TV needs updating and a channel selection that includes Fox news (US) |

the hotel staff front desk woman was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was on the front side of the hotel and it was very loud. |

The 24 h complimentary coffee, tea, and juice self-service bar was very inviting. The location to tourist sites, shopping, transportation and good places to eat was unmatched. They let us keep baggage in storage for one week while we toured Italy. Free internet connection was good. In early October it was still a bit warmer in our room than would be hoped. The shower-tub required high stepping with inadequate hand holds to enter; seems a bit risky. |

Nothing in particular, except the location, which comes in handy when you plan to visit all main vienise venues I ask booking.com to be more accurate in grading of the hotels. this hotel was booked as four stars, which it is not both by appearance and service. May be it was a four star hotel, but not nowdays. Rooms have basic set of furniture and accesories. |

Perfectly located: just behind the Museum Quarter, close to the historic center of the city and a 2 min walk from the U3 subway. Moody hotel staff. Older woman on afternoon shift stared at us when we came in from a walk (she didn´t even greet us); young girl on morning shift was very friendly and helpful. Room with no air conditioning can be a problem in the summer. Although hotel lobby has a charming atmosphere, with trendy decoration, room furniture is quite old. |

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. Not many facilities i.e no iron in the whole hotel! The walls are pretty thin and I could hear the tv from next door all night. The breakfast was expensive and the wireless did not work all the time. |

Conveniently close to the main shopping street Mariahilferstrasse and walking distance from the downtown. Room was clean and maintained every day, although rather as in a 3-star hotel, not 4-star. Hotel staff was helpful. |

Great location (very close to the ring of the town), clean room (i) Lack of air conditioner it was very, very, very hot!!!! (Ii) the fact that there was no "no disturb" sign to leave on the door, (iii) the fact that by this moment I still have a hold on my account for the guarantee amount even if 12 days have past and I have no ideea when they will solve this... It is more of a 3 stars hotel than a 4 star hotel and the standard price per room is too high for what they offer |

location, price, staff etc no air conditioning, the room was kind of like a sauna, and when we opened the window we were prohibited by the staff (by leaving a note in German which i don't understand apart from the phrase "dont open the window") won't recommend for summer visit! |

Very poor quality hotel I do not understand why is clasified with 4 stars,there is no air condition ,room has around 10 sqm ,furniture is old and deteriorated ,painting is out of ordr,there is no hotel bar .A very bad exprience |
