Location ,the classic furniture and Wi-Fi.
The hotel remembered me on England from outside. Inside it was well cleaned, a bit old fashioned but nice as well. The room was simple but well furnished. The bathroom was white, clean and well equipped too. However our room had a view of the street we hardly heard the noises of it. My family and I spent very nice time there.
Only one remark. The stuff – not the boss - could have understood at least one European language (i.e. German) well if working in Austria.
it's near the famous sight view, very convenient to the city center. small but clean.
Location, wi-fi, breakfast and host.
The room was a smal.
Rooms were nice. But warm. In good location. Wifi was good. Clean and good size, some nice restaurants round corner from hotel
Was more like a bed and breakfast. Staff not on reception much. Stayed at a few hotels on travels and was used to more facilities,,coffee ,water. Etc.
Big rooms. Friendly staff. Clean. Location is perfect. The breakfast is absolutely perfect
Near metro and Schönbrunn, friendly staff in the hotel.
very clean quiet and good looking area near the subway station employees really helpful and nice
Location was convenient to transit and only a few km from our friend's flat. Breakfast was in a very pleasant room and the variety of food was good. Beds were comfortable.
Room was crowded with extra bed made up and that made it difficult to get to the window to open for fresh air. Shower enclosure did not seal to the tub resulting in wet bathroom floor.
The location is excellent! The hotel is excellent! All facilities and other service are all the same!
Nothing at all!
The lady spoke good english and was helpful and friendly. The room was good. It was in walking distance to train station and trams. It was very close to the Schonbrunn palace. The breakfast food offered a good variety for all nations.
The weird design of the toilets. The shower is a bit small. No fridge, tea/coffee, jug to make own. Old noisy lift, however at least it had one, as many old places do not and walking up flights of stairs can be exhausting for older people.
Great location, close to transit station. Neighborhood had many choices for breakfast.
The staff is terrible!!! They wanted us to pay for our whole stay on the first day we arrived, we haven't seen our room yet when they gave us the bill to pay. We refused, so we paid after we checked out. But they did not deserve a single euro for this hotel! They are rude and unprofessional, I highly recommend to choose an other hotel in the region.
Good continental breakfast and handy for the U bahn. Although we had booked a basement room we were upgraded on artival and our first room was nice and quiet
No air con but we did get a fan. Had some difficulties with keys as the maid managed to lock us in the girst toom and the second room key required a knack. We extended our stay by a night but had to move and ended up leaving our luggage unattended as the second room was not ready even at two. Return taxi booked through this hotel tried to charge 53 euro when we were told it was a fixed price 36
Great position near Schonbrunn Palace and metro.
OK location, good wifi and fairly cheap price.
The wall is too thin. You could hear the other room's TV playing.
All is excellent in the hotel.
a few meters away from Schönbrunn
Our room had a window directly to a smoking corner and smoke nam went into the room
It was great to be there. The Hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and it is very close to the castle. If you go to Vienna with children, I can recommend it, because it is 5 minutes by walk to the zoo. :-) Thank you.
They let us have 2x double beds in 1 room - so for 2 adults & 2 children it was cost effective.
The staff is very pleasant and kind. The hotel has very good location. Good breakfasts
Very small and cold room. No hot water
The location was the best for us because we had a Dr apt and were close enough to walk. Very quiet. Most of the staff was very nice and they were very cooperative when we need help. Many good resturants close by and close to the Palace and subways. Free wifi worked well
small rooms, we had a quad room for two. For four it would have been unworkable
very good location, a minute walk from Hietzing underground
dirty weary facilities, roude non-english speaking staff, reception open 07.00-22.00. Asked for an extra duvet because I was cold she said I could not get one as I had a reservation for a single room, gave me a dirty smelly blancet.Really not comfy
This converted home was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Great value, a short block from transit hub and ~500m from garden entrance to the Schönnbrunn palace. Wifi access was excellent, much better than some 'business' hotels we've stayed at in other cities.
I would have preferred a little fluffier towels felt a bit like a hostel in that regard; and a more extensive breakfast- fresh croissants would be nice.
One of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Great location and comfortable room.
Late checkin was confusing as linstructions came over intercom. email instructions of where to find key would have been easier.
