quiet, warm, really a 'villa', super clean rooms, heated bathroom floor, good mattresses, friendly staff, daily cleaning the check in / out are done in another hotel (about 200m down the road) - that's a bit weird..., and if you're used to slamming doors - you might want to think twice with the one in the bathroom (sliding glass door) :)

We arrived with a group of 14 and the hotel was a good choice for us. The villa is really an old villa style house so that we had rooms close to each other. The staff even called us prior to our late arrival to remind us that the reception would be only open until 11pm. We only stayed for the night, so we cannot say much about the facilities and also were not having breakfast there. Toilets were partly behind milky glass walls (as the hotel was probably originally not coneptioned to be a hotel. Not a problem for us but could be strange for non-couples staying overnight. The house offers WLAN which important for us. Unfortunately, it was not working the night we stayed and as there is no 24 hour reception we could not help it but accepted it. One of the rooms was accidently not cleaned but the receptionist herself (who was also very sorry about it) did while we anyway went out again for dinner. So actually, this was not a minus in the end :-)

Location close to city centre, with free parking. Large family room with seperate bedroom for kids. The building is quite old and is not as modern as it looks on the pictures. The room was very hot and stuffy and there was too much traffic noise to open the windows at night. The vendor machine in the hallway was also very noisy.

Nice modern decoration. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Free parking. Free wifi is working well. Only a short bus ride to the old town (or 25-30- minute walk). Strongly recommended! Reception located at another hotel 200m away and closes at 10pm. The hair dryer literally exploded at 11pm and we then lost electricity... But there was no one to help us and we did not feel secure to manipulate the fuses by ourselves, not knowing if there was a more serious underlying electrical problem. The problem was quickly fixed the next day. No mini-fridge in the room.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Location good - 20 mins walk into Salzburg. Free wifi. Check in/out at another hotel not convenient. No facilities other than a coin operated vending machine. Nothing to do with the hotel but shops closed in Austria on a Sunday.

Небольшой чистенький отельчик, со своей бесплатной парковкой. Рядом автобусная остановка, четыре остановки до центра. Билеты можно купить на ресепшн. Ресепшн находится в другом отеле, метров триста в сторону по улице. Отель немного дороговат на мой взгляд, но на мои даты ничего дешевле, с парковкой, не было.

Le personnel le plus agréable que l'on ai rencontré en Autriche. La chambre est belle, le lit confortable et la salle de bain...terrible! Le seul bémol, la réception située 200m plus loin dans la rue.

die sehr freundlichen wirtsleute und das personal, das gute frühstück, die gute busanbindung an die innenstadt, nicht weit jedoch ein gutes italienisches restaurante die zimmer sind recht spartanisch eingerichtet (keine minibar, kein telefon, keine funktionale fernbedienung für's TV), es war aber kein problem, einen 2. stuhl zu bekommen; die badezimmerlüftung ist unzureichend und das zimmer selbst ist sehr humide. es ist aus der hotelbeschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass nicht nur die rezeption 200 m entfernt ist (man findet den hinweis nicht beim durchsehen der seite!), sondern auch das frühstück. bei gutem wetter macht es aber nichts.

交通很方便，买一张4.1欧元的交通票就可以在24小时内无限乘坐了，离火车站就4，5站路，10分钟车程就能到，酒店门口就有公- 车站，真的很方便。房间也很大，淋浴间也大，还有吹风机，我们住的很满意。 唯一缺点是check in/out需要去200米外的另一个酒店办理，房间内收不到wifi信号，但总的来说还是很满意的

Pokoj byl velice čistý, paní recepční byla neuvěřitelně vstřícná a mluvila česky, i když v česku nevyrůstala..:-) Snídaně byla skvělá a celý personál byl velice přátelský. Centrum města je jen pár zastávek autobusem, celé okolí je velice čisté a krásné. Internet i parkoviště jsou zdarma. Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Emphangsdame war sehr freundlich und hat auch tschechisch gesprochen. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ganze Personal war sehr freundlich. Stadtzentrum ist nur paar Haltestellen von Villa, ganze Umgebung ist sehr schön und sauber. Internet ist kostenlos, parkplatz auch. Room was very clean and rezeptionist was very friendly and spoke also in czech..:-) Breakfast was very good and all staff was very friendly. City center is only few bus stop from Villa and the all city is very clean and beautiful. Internet and pakingplace is for free. Není nic, co bych mohla vytknout. Mohu jen doporučit!!! Da ist gar nichts was kann ich schlechtes sagen. Es war einfach super. !!! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. :-) There is nothing else to say. It was perfect and i can only recomend this Villa. :-)

Замечательная вилла. Очень тихо. Идеальная чистота. Симпатичная мебель. Очень красивые шторы. Симпатичная ванная. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Удобно добираться в город - 3-4 остановки до Караян платц. Троллейбус - 1 или 8 останавливаются прямо у отеля. Можно пешком. Рядом супермаркет Билла, в котором много хорошего, включая готовую еду - например, жареные ребрышки. Рядом много демократичных кафешек - пицца, шаурма и т.п. У окна растет яблоня с антоновскими яблоками. Прелесть! 3-х местный номер - это 2-х местный и раскладное кресло. Неудобное и узкое. Для взрослого человека не подходит. Нет лифта - винтовая лестница. С сумками тяжело. Автомат для кофе в фойе - по 1 евро, делает кофе как в автоматах. То есть очень плохой. Нет холодильника. Нет чайника - поэтому сам не позавтракаешь. Нет кондиционера - в жару неудобно.

Villa très correcte séparée du bâtiment principal situé à 200 M. Chambres très simples, propres et confortables. Les chambres sur l'avant de la villa sont bruyantes car l'axe routier est passant. Personnel très accueillant et serviable.

Villa Ceconi hoort bij een hotel een stukje verderop in de zelfde straat. Onze kamer was prima! Goede parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt is in het hotel. In de villa zelf is verder niks, behalve een snoep en frisdrank automaat. Loop afstand naar centrum Salzburg is ongeveer 20 a 30 minuten. De Villa ligt in een aardige wijk. Prijs/kwaliteit is prima. Best een stukje lopen naar Salzburg.

服務人員非常熱心幫忙。公車站就在門前，10分鐘1班，離舊城只有4站，很方便。床與空間舒適，扣分只因沒- 冰箱。 服務人員不在此棟，需走路(約5分鐘)去接洽。沒有冰箱，公用的也沒有，不方便久住。窗戶只能選擇全開或不- 開(當地的住家窗戶似乎都是如此)，下雨時就有點麻煩。
