Discover the beauty of Salzburg in our new Villa Ceconi-an unique city centre, cultural festivals and an incredible various nature-this is what Salzburg is all about. The Villa Ceconi was originally constructed from the famous italian builder Ceconi and now the Villa beams in a bright new glamour. Our 10 new rooms are all established with shower/bath and toilet, partly balcony, hair dryer, Safe, SAT TV and internet in the room.

All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

There are traditional Austrian restaurants just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

For small snacks, cold and hot drinks there is a vending machine or we can reserve breakfast for you in the Hotel zur Post.

All rooms have high quality furniture and are equipped with modern technology. Some rooms have a balcony.

Area information

The historic centre of the city of Salzburg won international acclaim in 1997 when it was designated a world heritage site by UNESCO. The Old City with its variety of building styles is a true architectural delight, a result of the city's strict preservation laws. The city's most famous squares include Residence Square with its splendid fountain, the neighboring Old Market, University Square, as well as Mozart Square with the memorial of the city's genius loci.

Because the Villa Ceconi doesn't have its own reception, please come to the Hotel zur Post, which is just 2 minutes walk away, to get your room key.

Heated tiles in bathroom

We lost 4 Euros in the machine for buying Hot chocolate as only hot water cme out of the machine

The room we stayed was a two bedroom family room and it was spotless. Cosy and warm like Salzburg. Staff was helpful. Very close to the bus stop and we purchased our tickets from the reception...

very good size and clean room 9with balcony. bathroom was good size and very clean. proximity to city centre..

there should be atleast some way to contact reception from the room.(telphone etc)

The Villa Ceconi is a new renovated villa, with granit paved bathroom, lcd tv, good mattresses, impecable wooden floors, wise way to place a bathroom, worth every penny!!!!

very spacious rooms, nice design (bathroom).

they didn't read our note for them (we wanted an extra bed for our child), put us in another room after we complained and assured us there won't be a price change. it was suprising for us to learn later when checking out that the price would be higher (+70 euros, 50% increase).

Newly renovated. Well done. Good beds and bathroom.

Reception is not on site. It is at a hotel 200m away and signage is not good

The rooms where modern, clean, comfortable and within close proximity to the centre of Salzburg. I enjoyed my stay

It was confusing that the reception was not located in the same building as my room. Perhaps the hotel could notify its guests of this before they arrive so the isn't so much confusion with taxis and checking in.
