“ Very close to train and bus station (walking distance). Very very close to beautiful Lake Zell with all its walking and bike trails. Behind is 2000m mountain to climb if you like, or cable car for the views too. Staff are extremely accommodating but not in your face. Don't want to say too many good things in case it's all booked for my next stay there! ”

The Villa Klothilde enjoys a quiet location in Zell am See, only a 2 minute walk from the center of town and the lake, right next to a ski slope and a lift to the Schmittenhöhe ski area. If there is enough snow, you can ski right down to the front door - no need to wait for a ski bus. In summer, the hiking and mountain biking routes also start right next to the hotel. All rooms have been refurbished over the last few years and offer up-to-date style and amenities including wired internet access. The rich buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. You can park your car for free on the site of the Villa Klothilde Hotel Garni. Hotel guest get a 30% reduction on green fees at both 18-hole golf courses in Zell am See and further reductions at other courses in the area through the Golf-Alpin-Card. Staff were very kind and friendly and rooms were spottlessly clean. Towels were changed everyday for us and the bedding was made up perfectly everyday. Staff were happy to help regarding excursions aswel and even helped us with our train tickets. We requested a room with a balcony and had a lovely view overlooking the alps. It was so picturesque. Very romantic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Everything 1- location 2- staff 3- cleanliness 5- services 6- breakfast 7- price All of them are perfect. I arrived late and they left the key in a secure locker >> they accept late check in There was some noise in the corridor

Is a very nice hotel, clean and very nice, friendly and helpful staff, unfortunatly I was only a night but if I come back to Zell am See I will stay there and I will recommend this hotel, everything was really good.

Great location near the lake and the best resturant in town. clean and high quality renovated rooms. friendly stuff and excellent breakfast. great value for money. No shampoo, need to buy one outside.

Staff were friendly, rooms were very clean (serviced everyday) and well decorated/ furnished. Very surprised at the quality of rooms given the cheap price. Although the breakfast food was fresh, the options were slightly lacking.

Отзывчивый ,доброжелательный,аккуратный персонал.Удачное расположение.Рядом ж/д станция ,автобусный вокзал. Недалеко 5 мин подъемник на гору Шмитенхоэ. Рядом центр города.Удачное соотношение цены/ качество. Брал одноместный номер не было холодильника но он не очень был нужен , т.к. ездил один.

отель чистый, свежеотремонтированный. подъемник в шаговой доступности - 1 мин. очень симпатичная и просторная комната "комфорт" (3-й этаж, с высоким бревенчатым потолком). богатый завтрак - по австрийским меркам, но горячие блюда (яйца в разных видах) надо заказывать дополнительно. в номере чайник + чай с сахаром. парковка для автомобилей б/пл и прямо рядом с отелем. комната для завтраков расположена в отдельном, рядом стоящем здании - надо одеваться и идти по улице. в ванной нет ни фена, ни шампуня (при этом цена за номер - почти 100 евро). в отеле нет зон общего пользования - сауны, лобби, бара, есть только комната для хранения лыж. очень плохая звукоизоляция: шумных соседей слушали до 1 ночи, слышно все очень отчетливо, пришлось стучать в стену кулаками.

Doskonała lokalizacja. Wyciąg krzesełkowy ok.50 m. (styczeń- dało się zjechać praktycznie do hotelu)Śniadanie - bardzo duży wybór. Czyściutko. Wygodne łóżka. Ciepło. Bardzo cieszył czajnik w pokoju . Świetna restauracja prawie na przeciwko. Wszystko OK. Trzeba tylko pamiętać o zabraniu własnej suszarki do włosów.

Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel, een goed ontbijt met een uitgebreid assortiment. Verwarmde ski-berging direct bij de ingang van het hotel. De skilift op 1 minuut loopafstand van het hotel.

Отель на уровне, 100 Евро в день полностью оправдывает. Чисто, комфортно, 5 мин ходьбы до подъемника При бронировании заказывал номер комфорт с балконом. По приезду предложили номер с балконом, но на первом этаже, так что пользоваться им фактически не пришлось. Правда, предложили в качестве замены 2 номера на 3 -м этаже, но без балкона и меньшей площади, так что вынуждены были остаться на первом этаже с "балконом". Но воспоминания о номере и удобстве остались положительные.

Pięknie położony, blisko centrum miasteczka I wyciągów. śNiadanie przepyszne I różnorodne z ciastami I owocami na deser, codziennie sprzątany pokój,przemiła obsługa I recepcjonistka Katja (alles gutes Katja :)). Obok hotelu restauracja Kopferkessel polecam obiady oraz najlepszą pizzę. Dla rodzin z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym polecam na narty stok Schmittenhohe z wyciągiem Areitbahn I I następnie Glocknerbahn, a potem jak się dziecko wprawi to można wjechać wyżej na 2-gą stację Areibahn ii. Piękne widoki :). Polecam też pobyt w termach spa tauren przed Kaprun, ok. 5 km. Na pewno tam wrócimy, latem również można aktywnie wypocząć, oczywiście wybierzemy ten sam hotel.

Trevligt smakfullt hotell med bra läge. Serviceminded och hjälpsam personal som ser till att man trivs. Och frukosten varje morgon var en fröjd att stiga upp till. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Villa Klothilde.

Quería sobre todo destacar la atención del personal del hotel. Tuvimos un problema con el coche, y notuvieron ningún problema en ayudarnos enla gestión con la empesa de alquiler, en llamar al taller de la zona, en acompañarnos en todo momento. Quería agradecerles su gentileza de todo corazón.

De Villa ligt op de perfecte locatie dicht bij het centrum en één minuut lopen van het station dus ideaal voor een dagje Salzburg of Insbruck, en ook de skiliften zitten om de hoek. Het personeel en de Familie is ontzettend vriendelijk, ze hebben veel plezier in hun werk en staan je altijd te woord. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar schoon. Wij konden onze vakantie met twee dagen verlengen en kregen hiervoor een appartement aangeboden voor dezelfde prijs! Het ontbijt is ook goed. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is geweldig. Als we dan toch een minpuntje moeten noteren dan was onze kamer een tikkeltje gehorig, en de parkeer ruimte is minimaal maar wel weer gratis. Het personeel helpt je gelukkig wel met een parkeer oplossing!

čIstota prostředí, ochotný personál, bohaté snídaně a umístění samotného hotelu. "Short stay fee", tedy poplatek, o kterém jsme se dopředu nedostali žádnou informaci a byl nám naúčtován až na místě.
