無線ランとの謳い文句で予約したものの、チェックイン後に人の良いオーナーが配線を引っ張って繋いでくれましたが翌日には切れ・・・。電話機も慌てて繋ぐ状況でした。町の中心部で立地は良く、天井の高い古い建物を楽しむのは良いのですが、１Fに飲食のあるサービスアパート面との２階で、当然網戸はないから蝿は飛び交い、トイレマットは絨毯で洗わないからか臭い。2重窓の外側がきちんと閉まらないから、冬場はどうするんでしょう。日本流には充分２階ですがメザニンだから階段、大きい荷物で泣きました。４星は疑問です。 無線ランの設備を整備、外側窓を閉まるように、トイレマットを洗う、シャワーブースに扉等をつけるなど検討しなければ、今後の客は困ると思います。英語が喋れない客は特に。 |

大変便利な立地で、設備もそろっており、掃除が隅々まで行き届いていてすばらしかったです。オーナーの方は非常に親切で、小旅行の予定を伝えたところ列車のチケットや船の手配までしてくださり、色々と気遣って頂きました。次にウィーンに行く時も、絶対にVilla Kumpf に滞在します。 |

very nice apt! Location is colse to Stehans-pt.The staff is very kind.We would stay at this apt again when we have chance to visit Wien. It would be more comfortable for us if the apt would have bathtub. |

What we really liked about Villa, is the winter tranquility of the neighborhood, specially considering the fact, that the location is actually in the minute walking distance to the city center. The room, in which we stayed, was located in mezzanin, and was tastefully cute. Thank you everybody at Villa Kumpf, for the nice weekend. We are going to recommend you to our friends. We stayed for just two nights so there vas not enough time for dislike or discomfort. We got what we have needed and expected. |

Villa Kumpf is on a quiet street in a great location in central Vienna. It's a great combination of apartment rental and hotel. Room was very spacious, immaculate, and had a nice kitchenette that was perfect for saving some money eating breakfast in. Claus, the owner, and his staff were wondeful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Villa Kumpf to everyone. |
