With 270 ski lifts and cable cars, Ski amadé is one of Europe’s largest winter sports regions and its largest combined ski area. It comprises 5 big ski areas (Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming-Dachstein, Gastein, Hochkönig and Großarltal) with a total of 28 ski resorts in the states of Salzburg and Styria. The major resorts are Bad Gastein, Bad Hofgastein, Radstadt and Flachau in Salzburg, and Schladming and Ramsau in Styria. Most resorts are linked either by ski lifts or by free shuttle buses. Glacier skiing is possible on the Dachstein Glacier well into summer.

Location. Villa is located just above a ski rent centre, Stubnerkogel ski lift is in 200 meters. Warm apartments, wood-burning stove. Suitable for 4 students.

It was a smaller part of the Villa Taube for 4 persons, but there is not enough room for 4. Few kitchen facilities, no washing machine, no dish-washer. Simplest coffee-machine was not in use, no hair dryer. Not suitable for a family of 4. Staff has been out of the place when we arrived.
