Location and convenience was excellent! Decent sized parking lot right next to building. There is a bus stop at the hotel. It's only 2 km from city center. The staff was wonderful, the hotel room was clean, my family of 5 with 3 children 5-10 had a great time. |

Location is some distance from the old city however train and bus stations are nearby. Room was well presented and clean. Breakfast had a good selection with spacious area. Room was very small with no desk space for laptop use. No airconditioning in rooms so a bit hot when we were there. Noisy main street wakes you up in the morning. |

We stayed at the villa, the room was clean and beautiful. The bus stop was right outside the hotel. It took 15-20 min to get to the train station/ city center. They could offer more choices for the buffet breakfast. |

Although located on the edge of town, public transport into town was comfortable, quick and cheap. Rooms quite small, breakfast rather simple for a hotel of this price range |

Our room in the Villa was very pleasant. The Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good at this hotel, although it had no restaurant. Bus stop into Saltzburg centre was directly outside of the hotel, perfect for visiting the sites, |

The location of the hotel is very nice, it is close to the Salzburg city and enough free space for parking, the hotel staff is very hospitable I think it is still quite expensive compared to other hotels with similar facilities |

The room was clean. We received what we expected. Furnishings were older but tasteful. The room was bit on the small side. The room was a bit too warm, but it was fine after we were informed as to how to turn of the heat. |

4 proper beds in a quadruple room. Good breakfast. Excellent location(bus stop in front of the hotel) Friendly staffs. No shower curtain in the bathroom, no place to put clothes either. Room not spacious as previous reviews stated(maybe not the same room?) |

We had a quadruple (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) and were very satisfied with the room. The whole villa had a cosy atmosphere and I would certainly recommend it for everybody. We stayed for five nights.A little bit far to walk to the old city but the bus stops in front of the hotel so I recommend you to take the bus (and buy the Salzburg card) Thanks to the guest reviews we chose this hotel :) No, we had an excellent time there. |

Very clean, modern rooms. The boys (age 4, 2 and 34) loved the go-carts. A little out of town but bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and is very convenient. Quad room had 4 proper beds, no fold-outs. Excellent value for money. No lift in the villa section. This didn't matter to us, but something to be wary of if you have any mobility issues. |

The room was very clean and quiet and a good size for three persons. It was also nice to have a flat-screen TV. Hotel staff was very helpful and spoke English. Good value for the money. The bathroom was very modern and had a hair dryer but the shower was small and narrow. The location was a little farther from downtown than we would have liked, but the bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. The picture of the property is somewhat deceptive as it looks like the hotel is in a rural area when it is actually in a more commercial area. |

The rooms are beautifully arranged, and the furnishings are well chosen. The beds were extremely comfortable! The city buses stop right outside the front entrance travelling both directions, making it extremely easy to travel in the local area inexpensively, and you are approximately 10 minutes from the Old City by bus from this location. Ideal! The bathroom lacked a shower curtain or glass over/around the tub, making it difficult not to spray water. Required care not to wet towels or toilet paper, and there was no shelf for placement of toiletry items, which lent to the placement of those articles in the window ledge of the shower area. Therefore we found ourselves removing toiletries to the bedroom to keep them dry. Mildly inconvenient. |
