Villa Turnerwirt  

Access via public transport is excellent. Clean and quiet.

No facilities anywhere for hot beverages other than at breakfast. Hotel says it has a resturant and cafe, however if it does neither were open, and during the Christmas period there was little open in the surrounding areas. Hotel is more expensive for the facilities offered than others may be.

We liked the quaintness of the hotel and the nice room in which breakfast was served. It was very nice not to have to pay for parking. We also liked that it was non smoking and no pets allowed.

It would appear that all European hotels are over-priced in relation ship to the hotels we are used to staying in in Western Canada, the Western United States, Mexico and the Carribean. That being said, I guess the Villa Turnerwirt is in line with other Austrian hotels.

Outdated furniture

Staff was pleasant and the outside of the hotel was attrative

No coffee to go and road noise from street. My daughter, Kelley, snoring.

Very good value for money hotel. Large free parking area, very good breakfast, clean and warm rooms. Bus stop that goes to the city center is just outside the hotel.

I like nothing.

The description of the hotel on booking.com was not reflecting the real situation. Very disappointing.

Nice location.

There was a certain smell in the room, probably from the carpet.

Room was spacious for family of four. Pedal go kart track behind hotel was fun for kids. Plenty to eat for breakfast for the price. Very clean in hotel, bathroom especially.

I wish location was a little closer to downtown Salzburg, but not too far by bus.

The room was furnished in the style of the nineteenth century.

The breakfast was too small. And we need to go to next building for take it.

Die Villa Turnerwirt ist für Salzburger Verhältnisse eine gute Adresse. Die Preise sind zahlbar. Man hat die Bushaltestelle vor der Hoteltür. Die Parkplätze sind kosenlos. Der Internetanschlos ist ebenfalls kosenlos. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sauber und nett. Das Frühstück ist etwas spärlich aber geniessbar. Das Personal nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Sauberes freundliches Zimmer. Ruhig trotz Lage an einer Hauptverkehrstrasse. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Preis/Leistung vom Frühstück äußerst mangelhaft. Für den Preis erwarte ich ein umfangreicheres Frühstück mit höherer Qualität. Auf Wünsche von Gästen wird nicht eingegangen, einfach Ablehnung ohne konkrete Begründung. Hätten Sie hier ein bisschen mehr Qualität, könnte man das Hotel bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Aus angeführten Gründen nur eine Emfpehlung für Übernachtung ohne Frühstück.
