Hotellin hyvin yksityisestä tunnelmasta, rauhallisesta sijainnista ja tilavista huoneista ja muutenkin kauniista rakennuksesta. Hotelin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta, aamiaiset runsaita ja monipuolisia, aamiaishuone kaunis, klassista musiikkia aamuisin. Puolihoidon ruoka hyvätasoista ja maukkaasti valmistettua, erinomainen salaattipöytä. Kaikki sujui. Vanhahtava, voimakas väritys huoneessa. Kylpypyyhkeet olivat liian ohuet ja kuluneet 4 tähden hotelliin. Uskoaksemme 1/4 l eli 2,5 dl viiniannos (viertel) oli vajaa, viiniä lasissa ehkä vain 1/8 l annoksen verran. Hotellin järjestämä illallinen Almentalissa oli ajatuksena mukava, mutta pikku"hutte", jossa tilaisuus järjestettiin ei vastannut odotuksia. Almentalissa tarjottu ruoka oli suolaista ja rasvaista, vain yksi ruokavaihtoehto, juomaksi tarjolla vain olutta! Odotimme paljon enemmän koska olimme nauttineet patikointiemme aikana paikallisia herkkuja lähiseutujen gasthauseissa (mm. Kötschahtal, Prossau (?)), joissa tunnelma ja ruoka olivat paljon paremmat. Ruokailujen aikana soitettavan musiikin valikoimaa voisi laajentaa. |

Vorallem die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter! Man versucht wirklich alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen(Sitzplatz am Panoramafenster im Restaurant,Batterien für Fotoapparat usw.) Das Essen war hervorragend!!! Auch für das Auge sehr schön angerichtet! Es war einfach ein Genuß dort zu "dinieren"! Das Hotel war auch edel eingerichtet(liebevoll antik). Hier habe ich einen wunderschönen,leider viel zu kurzen Urlaub verbracht! Danke!! |

Hotelul are o priveliste minunata spre Gastein. Demipensiunea este excelenta.Managerul Cristof este foarte atent cu clientii, oferind o atmosfera placuta. Parcarea auto nu este amenajata. |

Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin sisustus tyylikäs ja hotelli huokuu historiaa. Parvekkeellisesta kulmahuoneesta huikaisevan kaunis näköala Bad Gasteinin keskustaan ja vuorille. Sijainti hieman etäinen mutkaisen tien päässä. Kulkeminen pienten lasten kanssa ilman omaa autoa voi olla hankalaa. Ruoka hotellissa kohtuullisen hyvää, tosin vähän yksipuolista. |
