Very nice hotel with old charme. Stays on pedestrian promenade, which is excellent for relaxed walks. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good food. Very clean. Reasonable price. We had great time, thanks! Many thanks from Oleg and Elena to Chtistof personally. |

Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin sisustus tyylikäs ja hotelli huokuu historiaa. Parvekkeellisesta kulmahuoneesta huikaisevan kaunis näköala Bad Gasteinin keskustaan ja vuorille. Sijainti hieman etäinen mutkaisen tien päässä. Kulkeminen pienten lasten kanssa ilman omaa autoa voi olla hankalaa. Ruoka hotellissa kohtuullisen hyvää, tosin vähän yksipuolista. |

Hotelli oli hyvin kodikas ja perheelliselle loistava, epämuodollinen mutta silti tasokas. Vähän kuin olisi mummolaan mennyt - joka asuu suuressa kartanossa. |

Sehr freundliches, professionelles und zuvorkommenes Personal. Sehr sauber. Das Bad war zwar tadellos sauber, aber die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sehr alt. |

Мне очень понравилось отношение персонала к гостям, хорошая кухня. Гостиница расположена в живописном месте. Нужен косметический ремонт номеров и коридоров, убрать запах прокурености в коридорах |

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja tunnelmaltaan miellyttävä. Hotellissa kaikki toimi hyvin. Hotellin sijainti oli myös hyvä. Aamiaista voisi hiukan monipuolistaa, esim. tarjolla voisi olla tomaatteja ja kurkkuja leivän päälle sekä välillä keitettyjä kananmunia. Hotellihuoneessa voisi olla peili, nyt peili ainoastaan kylpyhuoneessa. |
