Die Verbindung zur Therme. Thermenbenutzung auch am Anreise und am Abreisetag. Leider sind die hervorragenden Saunaaufgüsse durch die Saunameister gänzlich überfüllt. Schade, man könnte auch an Stoßzeiten parallel oder mehr durchführen.

Die große Ruhe, die im ganzen Haus für Behaglichkeit sorgt. Obwohl so viele Menschen da sind und unterwegs sind im Haus, ist alles äußerst ruhig. Am Samstag war beim Auschecken mindestens eine halbe Stunde zu warten. Auch aus den Äußerungen der mit mir anstehenden war zu entnehmen, dass dies der Schönheit des Aufenthalts einen Kratzer bescherte.

Das Frühstücks und Abendbuffet Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis Es war zu wenig geboten. Für einen Aufpreis als Hotelgast wären andere Zutritte möglich gewesen. Finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Mitarbeiterin an der Karibik Poolbar war sehr unmotiviert. Für den Preis erwartet man sich einfach mehr.

sehr nettes und gediegene Hotel und Thermenlandschaft, freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung, sowohl Frühstücksbuffet als auch Abendessen haben keine Wünsche offengelassen.

Bringt ein kleines Stück tropisches Urlaubsflair nach Österreich, Urlaubsfeeling mit Sand, Salzwasser und Cocktails Ein bißchen umständlich, mit Uhr, wenn man am nächsten Tag noch Therme benützt, aber um 11h auschecken muss - Auto steht in Garage, und man gelangt nicht mehr in Anlage zurück (rundherumlaufen, zurechtfinden...)

Die vielen schönen und gut markierten Laufstrecken in diversen Längen. Kann man auch im Winter gut als Wanderwege nützen Das Ganze (Hotel, Zimmer, Therme) ist halt schon relativ altmodisch, so späte 90er. Ok ja, aber es gibt heute einfach Schöneres. Das Essen ist wirklich nicht gut. Der Koch muss noch viel lernen.

Ausgesprochen guter Service in allen Belangen Sehr gutes Essen (sowohl Frühstücksbuffet, als auch das Abendessen) vielfältig und schmackhaft Ein kleines Manko war, dass wir am Anreisetag etwas länger nach Liegen (zwei) in der Therme suchen mussten, da (so glaube ich) nicht genügend Liegen im reservierte Hotelbereich zur Verfügung standen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett, aber trotzdem leger. Von Seiten des Hotels wurde unten angeführtes Problem rasch gelöst. Keine Kritik am Hotel, jedoch ein Kommunikationsproblem zwischen bookimg.com und dem Hotel. Die Buchung der Halbpension (Aufpreis) stand zwar auf meiner Buchungsbestätigung, wurde von Ihnen aber nicht an das Hotel übermittelt.

The excellent hotel with 4 huge pools with warm thermal and sea water - and many other bath/sauna/spa facilities. With free parking. Fast internet connection. Very clean rooms. Good as almost new interiors. Calm countryside surroundings. Was very nice for us to warm our bones after visiting ice caves of Eisrisenwelt. Don't go for "a la carte" dinners - eat at the "markt" instead - will be much better then.
