Staff was quite friendly and helpful. This is a comfortable (European-style not American-simple), countryside hotel in the beautiful Wachau region. Our room/suite was quite spacious and comfortable. If you want to get outside of Vienna and "stay local" this is a great place from which to explore or simply relax. This felt like the type of hotel in which one can just relax and watch the Danube over coffee or beer and just enjoy an afternoon in the bar or the sunroom. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and did not make time to do this except over breakfast. |

People in the hotel were very nice and friendly. We forgot some clothes and hotel staff mail them to us one day after our departure. Austrian design of the hotel typical for cheaper hotels in Austria (3* and less). There are no restaurants or places to go around the hotel. |

Trotz offensichtlicher Maßnahmen zur Lärmdämmung der Fenster ist wegen der stark befahrenen Uferstraße ab etwa 5 Uhr morgens nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken, wenn das Gastzimmer zur Donau hin liegt. |

Sehr nette Wirtin und Personal, die auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen sind. Essen und Frühstück war super!! Der Name Wachauer Hof verwirrt etwas, da das Hotel eigentlich nicht direkt in der Wachau ist. |

Uns hat gefallen, dass ausnahmsweise das Frühstück früher serviert wurde, weil einige der Gäste schon früh bei der Messe sein wollten. Der Blick vom Balkon aus über die Donau war betörend - natürlich hat das Wetter da mitgespielt. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Vielleicht würden sich einige Menschen über die Geräusche der vorüberfahrenden Schlepper nachts stören, aber uns hat es nicht ausgemacht - es war einfach abenteuerlich und wunderschön. |

Obsługa była bardzo miła i ładny widok z okna na Dubaj. W pokojach i hotelu było bardzo zimno i na przyszłość konieczne będzie dogrzewanie własnym farelkiem. Hotel ma teoretycznie 4 gwiazdki ale nie odpowiada to oferowanemu standardowi. Hotel max na 3 gwiazdki. |
