The Waldschlössl in the centre of Latschach ober dem Faakersee, is a 5-minute drive away from the lake and a 10-minute bus ride from 3 ski areas. It features a private beach, a sauna and a fitness centre. All rooms and apartments come with a private bathroom and satellite TV. Free Wi-fi internet access is available in the entire building. Studios and apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The free ski bus stops right in front of the Waldschlössl and gets you to the Gerlitzen, Villacher Alpe and Dreiländereck ski areas within 10 minutes. Ski rental and a ski storage room are available on site. Breakfast, half and full board including typical Carinthian specialities are available and barbecue facilities can be used as well. You can also take advantage of the delivery service for fresh bread rolls. On the Waldschlössl´s private beach you can find a volleyball and a basketball court, a football field and ping-pong tables. One surf course per room or apartment is offered free of charge during summer. Children can have fun on the playground. Klagenfurt and the Wörthersee lake can be reached by car within half an hour. The city of Villach is a 15-minute drive away. The thermal baths of Warmbad Villach are a 5-minute drive away from the Waldschössl. Rooms are very clean and comfort. The whole area around is wonderfool No reception. Hard to find anybody for any question. Expensive for short break.

Gute Lage, nahe beim Faakersee, Wir hatten keinen Zimmerservice (3BZ) Überall im Haus sind Verbotschilder angebracht. "Man darf nicht zu dritt am Sofa sitzen" "Man darf die Wände nicht berühren, damit diese sauber bleiben" etc. Frühstück gab es, zwischen gestapelten Stühlen. WLAN funktioniert nur im Frühstücksraum, nicht am Zimmer.

Krásne prostredie, čistota, dostupnosť do okolia- turistika, kultúra V apartmáne bola neskutočná zima 12-13 st., doplatok za elektriku 20,-EUR!!! na 2 dni, pričom nefungoval ohrievač, nemali sme používať ani myčku nádobia /pokazená/, radiatory ľadové, som maximálne znechutená a sklamaná. Po našej reklamácii u recepčnej sa nám dostalo odpovede, že žiaľ, je to chladný apartmán... Za 176,- EUR celkovo za dva dni bez raňajok,si predstavujem iný komfort. Internet nefungoval, katastrofa na celej čiare. A pritom sa jedná o penzión so 4 hviezdičkami. Nikdy viac, aj napriek tomu, že okolie bolo nádherné.

Inhaberin von Gästehaus Karoline war sehr freundlich. Das Gästehaus Karoline liegt wunderschön in der Natur, sehr Familien- und Kinderfreundlich. Große Kinderspielplatz mit Trampolin. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Es gab keine Rezeption und war schwierig den Inhaber/in zu finden. Untergebracht wurde nicht im Waldschlössl, sondern im Gästehaus Karoline (ca. 1 Km entfernt vom Waldschlössl).

Főút mellett van, mégis csendes (és a töbi vendég sem zavart, a tv-n például közepesen csendesre volt maximálva a hangerő). Az apartmanunk tiszta és tágas volt, bőven elfértünk (sok szekrény is volt). Minden szükséges felszerelés (tűzhely, mosogatógép, hajszárító stb.) megvolt. Az elszámolás. A szállást előre ki kellett fizetni, a konyhai áramfogyasztással együtt (10 €/nap). Három nap alatt felszámították az itthoni egyhavi áramfogyasztásunkat, úgy, hogy meg sem kérdezték, fogunk- e konyhai áramot használni, és persze nem fogyasztás alapon számoltak el. Hiába foglaltam csak 5 személyre egy 6 személyes apartmant, mind a 6 fő idegenforgalmi adóját kifizettették. Ezek után csak fél napig volt fűtés (de pl. A fürdőszobában az sem működött), odakint mínuszok voltak, így 18 fok volt az apartmanokban. Kisgyerekkel el lehet képzelni, mennyire kényelmes ez. A fürdőben nem volt szappan. A takarítás 45 euró, de a szemetet sem vitte ki a tulaj azalatt, amíg ott voltunk. Nagyon nem voltunk megelégedve.

Statt eines Zimmers mit Balkon wurden wir im Souterrain mit kleinem Fenster inclusive. Stiegenaufgang einquartiert. Es gab nicht einmal eine Seife, von Pflegeprodukten war keine Rede. Außerdem steht es den Eigentümern nicht zu über die finanzielle Lage der Gäste zu witzeln. ( "die Gstopften")

The view is very nice and you can find in 15 km SPA and place for skiing It wasn't very hot in the apartments - they stop the heat all night long. No internet in the rooms , only on stairs. Volums on TV is set on 14 ( it was less than medium

Небольшой отель. 9 номеров. Номера хорошие. Везде есть кухня (рядом есть негде мин. 4 км). До каталки ехать мин. 15-20 Отвратительное отношение персонала. До заселения была взята 50% предоплата, при заселении остальное иначе уезжайте, денег не вернем. Объяснили это, как требование букинга. Так же сразу взяли за эл-во, уборку, воду и еще за что то. Wi-fi работает только на 1 этаже (заявляют, что везде). В номерах пыльно. Завтрак за 9 евро смешон.(два куска колбасы, яиц не дождались). Надо быть готовым к тому что в отеле есть нечего и рядом тоже.

La prenotazione delle camere ( 2 triple e tre doppie ) era stata effettuata il 24/09/12, al nostro arrivo soltanto una tripla era disponibile. Dopo un attesa di almeno un' ora le altre 4 camere si sono rese disponibili in altra struttura ( bagno in comune e assenza di pulizia). Il proprietario, scortese e maleducato , ha preteso il pagamento anticipato senza rilasciare fattura ma su un foglio bianco (allego foto). L'unica famiglia del nostro gruppo che ha soggiornato nell' " hotel " ha convenuto che la colazione non è adeguata a un tre stelle. La struttura non è ne un Hotel bensì un insieme di appartamenti con bagno in comune. Depennare dagli elenchi di alberghi da consigliare e prenotare. Voto - 0.

Chudobne ranajky, mnozstvo zodpovedalo 1 osobe a nie 2. Zle znacenie- penzion nebol viditelne oznaceny, neosvetleny, bez opytania by sa tam clovek tazko dostal.

Schönes zimmer. Auf den fotos auf booking.com war eine badewanne in der zimmerausstattung zu sehen. Im gebuchten zimmer gab es keine. (Haben allerdings nicht ausdrücklich danach gefragt)

Die Großzügigkeit und Einteilung der Ferienwohnung, die praktische Einrichtung, die gut ausgestattete Küche, die Ruhe, die Freundlichkeit und Unkompliziertheit und das Entgegenkommen der Gastgeber Ich würde mir eventuell etwas weniger Teppiche wünschen und einen größeren Kochtopf (z.B. zum Nudelkochen für 5 Leute)
