The Hotel Walkner was built in 1962 to 1964 from the owner of the cheese manufacturer Andreas Walkner and opened in May 1964. At the beginning of 1990 the hotel was overtaken by the oldest daughter, who now owns the hotel together with her son. After the ownership change the hotel was totally renovated. Today our hotel is well-known for its unique style and comfort.

Ich war schon einmal in diesem Hotel und mein sehr positiver Eindruck wurde wieder bestätigt. Tolle Lage und sehr gemütlich. Das Essen hervorragend.

Sehr entgegenkommendes Personal. Die Gastronomie entspricht der eines 5* Hotels (besonders die Fischgerichte).

Veraltete Einrichtung - insbesondere das Badezimmer. Kein Haartrockner im Bad.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen ist sehr gut.

Bei den Zimmern ist eine Renovation sehr notwenig, da bei den Heizkörpern und im Bad bei der Badewanne Rost herkommt was dann so aussieht wie wenn es schmutzig wäre.

Zithoek in kamer

Zwembad was aan de voorkant, tafels waren niet altijd gedekt voor ontbijt, er werd geen menukaart gegeven bij het avondeten, problemen bij de reservatie (er werd maar 1 nacht in plaats van 3 geboekt)

Alles fanden wir gut , ruhige Zimmer , schönes altes gepflegtes Hotel ,wunderbare Lage zur Erholung , Super Küche und Frühstücksbüffett ,sehr freundliches Personal , wir kommen wieder.
