Hotel Maximilian is in the heart of Innsbruck’s Old Town, next to a pedestrian zone. It features free Wi-Fi and provides rooms with a flat-screen TV. The Golden Roof is just a 3-minute walk away.

Opened in September 2014, Nala Individuellhotel is in a quiet location in the center of Innsbruck, half a mile from the Golden Roof.

Central heating too hot, almost non existing wifi.
Breakfast was nice, dog basket waiting for our dog in the room was a nice touch. Staff was very friendly.
Large comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great location in the old town. Our group had an excellent meal in a private dining room, after being recommended the hotel restaurant by several locals!
Only problem was no lift from entrance to first floor reception (and we had lots of luggage for skiing!). Also vehicles can only access the hotel before 10.30 am and after 6.30 pm.
Very clean, great facilities, lovely big room with character, and controllable heating / air conditioning. Great breakfast and evening meal, restaurant was full of atmosphere.
Very large hotel room, well laid out with great storage. Separate toilet from the bathroom. Bed linen was lovely and warm. Fantastic choice for breakfast, with cooked options available for order in addition to main spread (all included in price). The most helpful receptionist we have ever met; a real gem! Located right in the historic town, close to ski buses. Highly-rated traditional restaurant was also very good.
Internet was fine in our room, but sporadic or non-existent in the dining area. Room wasn't very well sound-proofed from above, and light fixture rattled when people stomped around (perhaps a family with children running around above us?!). A shame, because the hotel was exceptional aside from this.
The whole experience- especially good housekeeping and fabulous room
The steps up to reception with heavy bags- but after that, no problem!
The breakfast was outstanding, the waitress very kind and attentive and the breakfast room itself was delightful and cozy. We travelled with two single friends and our rooms were together on the top floor with a terrific view of the mountains. The location can't be beat and the Altstadt parking garage was a mere 5-minute walk.
We first visited Innsbruck many years ago. Found the Weisses Rössl after web research and reviews. We weren't disappointed. Central location in the old town, large room, fabulous restaurant and really friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.
Location, fair price
Location, in that we had lots of luggage and you can only get a taxi in before 1030am and it was difficult to find
historic character of hotel, good size room
Room on second floor not served by lift, not helpful when travelling with heavy luggage
Great location, friendly. Breakfast was good. Dinner was good, but very slow
The management and staff were extremely helpful. We only decided last minute to actually stay in Innsbruck and glad we did, however we would have loved to stay much longer than the 2 nights. We moved on to Paris for 4 nights to end our Euopean trip, but wished we had spent our last days in Austria as we are disappointed with Paris. Never mind we have seen Paris now but won't be in any hurry to return We will definitely be recommending this place to all our friends and family that wish to visit Austria
We had a wonderful room on the top floor with a separate bedroom for the children. Traditional decor in the guest areas combined with very modern rooms was a great combination. Maria at reception was a lovely hostess who recommended a range of activities and made sure we had bookings at the restaurant for dinner. A good Austrian breakfast included each morning gave us energy for each day's skiing and sightseeing in one of the most beautiful cities we've visited. What a marvellous place to visit and stay at Christmas time.
There were stairs to the reception and to our room, although a lift in the middle, so a little bit tricky with heavy suitcases.
I had lived in Innsbruck in the past and knew what a wonderful place the Old Town is but I had no idea there was such a nice hotel and restaurant behind that small door on that alley. Really great location, great restaurant, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff and so on.
The only bad thing was that you need to climb one flight of stairs to the first floor, no elevator from the ground level. We had our skis and quite a lot of luggage with us. No big deal.
Excellent location, nice rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff.
A little noise from street, but result of being so central.
The location eas awesome. Also, the staff was very friendly. Most of all, eating at the hotel restaurant was really worth it.
The pillows should be fluffier.
The location in the old town especially with the Christmas Markets.
Staff was not friendly, they gave rooms that were not clean yet. Some floors don't have elevator
The hotel is agreable, rooms are large but there is an unpleasant lack of elevator from the ground floor until the first. And extremely noisy public works inside the hotel and in the neighborhood. Not cheap!
Great hotel with lots of character Lots of room Close to everything
Creaky floorboards but this is understable given the age of the building Have to park and bring your bags from a block away but this is no real problem.
Bright, modern, clean and spacious room, and the welcome bottle of home made lemonade was very welcome. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful.
I was travelling for business so needed to be able to send and receive files via email. The wifi signal didn't reach as far as the desk in my room. In fact, the only way to get any connection was to open the door and stand on the landing. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to business travellers
Good location in the old town. Large apartment with a terrace on the roof of the building. Very good breakfast.
Apartment with kitchenette is deprived of the basic kitchen utensils and even the kettle for tea. On the terrace, the lack of basic equipment and a table. Lots of stairs, making difficult to transfer baggage. Parking 11 Euros a night.
Nice clean hotel great breakfast and right in the middle of the old town. Who could ask for more!
Reception on arrival poor and unwelcoming Lack of access to lifts
Great location in the old town. Comfortable rooms and very tasty breakfast.
Beds not ideal for anyone tall, as they have a footboard.
