Posizione centrale e tranquilla, era l'unico che offriva camera a 4 letti.

Parcheggio pubblico a 5 min. di cammino; ascensore solo a partire dal primo piano; prima colazione insufficiente.

l'hotel è accogliente e confortevole. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e spaziosa. La posizione è ottima in quanto si è in pieno centro storico con punti di ristoro di vario genere, tutti nella zona. A pochi passi, un parcheggio a pagamento molto funzionale e, visto il clima rigido, cosa non trascurabile, al coperto.

La cucina dell'hotel è discreta ma non eccellente (così come invece è espresso nei giudizi cliente) e non così economica, rispetto al rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il menu nonè per nulla vario edè fatti di pochi piatti. Le camere, di notte in particolare, sono autentici forni (insomma davvero un po' troppo calde!).

Very friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for sightseeing in the Old Town. Large room well suited for a family of four. Good restaurant.

Chosen for its location in the old town, and reasonably close to the main railway station, the hotel lived up to expectaions. Breakfasts wr=ere plentiful, and the one dnner we had there was excellent. Being in Austria, everything was spotlessly clean.

Arriving by train on a Sunday evening, it was a bit disconcerting after finding our way from the station to see the hotel apparently closed. This was resolved by ringing the bell, and given instructions by the proprietor to gain access and check-in, but the restaurant remained closed and this is the practice each Sunday.

Great location right in the city center, right down the street from the Dachl and Hofkirche. The breakfast was good and they kept it open even though we were a little late. Very nice staff.

The closest parking is the Altstadt garage, which is about a 5 min walk across some busy streets.

Large well appointed rooms in the centre of Innsbruck. Good restaurant.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, the main thing to watch is that you should notify them of your time of arrival since the reception is not manned continuously particularly on Sundays after 11.00hrs.

trés calme, en centre ville et acceuil courtois, effort de parler en français. petit déjeuner trés bien. chambre correcte .

車両規制などで車でホテルまで行くことが出来ないため、一般駐車場からの大きな荷物の移動は大変であった。- エレベータも使えなかった。
