Erg mooi gelegen midden in het centrum. Heerlijke bedden........ omdat het hotel midden in het centrum van Innsbruck ligt, in een straat waar geen auto's mogen komen is het erg moeilijk te vinden. En er is daardoor dus een parkeerprobleem. Je moet je auto een stuk verderop in een ondergrondse parkeergarage zetten. Wij hadden het hotel als doorgangshotel geboekt op weg naar Italië. Ik zal dit hotel niet zo snel meer boeken als we op doorreis zijn. |

Het hotel bevindt zich te midden de oude stad Innsbruck en dit is een aangename omgeving voor een late avondwandeling. Een - punt was dat we niet op de hoogte waren van een korting van het hotel op één bepaalde ondergrondse parking in de stad. Dit bleek een andere parking te zijn dan waar wij hadden besloten te parkeren. |

Chosen for its location in the old town, and reasonably close to the main railway station, the hotel lived up to expectaions. Breakfasts wr=ere plentiful, and the one dnner we had there was excellent. Being in Austria, everything was spotlessly clean. Arriving by train on a Sunday evening, it was a bit disconcerting after finding our way from the station to see the hotel apparently closed. This was resolved by ringing the bell, and given instructions by the proprietor to gain access and check-in, but the restaurant remained closed and this is the practice each Sunday. |

Great location right in the city center, right down the street from the Dachl and Hofkirche. The breakfast was good and they kept it open even though we were a little late. Very nice staff. The closest parking is the Altstadt garage, which is about a 5 min walk across some busy streets. |

Large well appointed rooms in the centre of Innsbruck. Good restaurant. We have stayed at this hotel many times, the main thing to watch is that you should notify them of your time of arrival since the reception is not manned continuously particularly on Sundays after 11.00hrs. |

Perfect location, beautiful rooms, kind staff. No single rooms, so I stayed in a large double room with French windows and terrace, which was almost too luxurious for me! |

The staff was very helpful and the accomodations were excellent for the price. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was in the middle of all that we wanted to do. |

This hotel was a real surprise. I selected it solely on the basis of offering quad accommodation. The room we were given was spacious and comfortable; the location of the hotel is right where we would have wanted to be - right in the heart of the historic area. This was great!! Definitely recommended for families. |

Wonderful location in the old town; the owners/staff were very helpful with all aspects of our stay. Breakfast was much better than expected; wide selection, nice hot coffee. Large triple room was great, as we had our 17 yo daughter with us. Great Austrian decor, we were very happy with this choice of hotel. |

This is a great hotel. Located at the best part of the historical city, it combines location with comfort and tradation. The staff were very hepful and polite and made the whole expereince very homely for us. No lifts. |

We arrived early and were allowed to secure our suitcases and have our room available about 1/2 hour after arrival. We loved the location, the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was adequate but the staff person during breakfast seemed ticked off when we asked to bring a cup of coffee to our room and getting a cup of ice from the diningroom seemed to be a hassle for them as well. Overall, loved it. |
