We loved the classic design of the hotel. The location was good, close enough to Golden Roof and the Innsbruck bridge. Breakfast was just fine. The hotel people were nice. No lift to take the suitcases to reception, which was 1 more level up. Automatic lights on internet area which was frustrating bcoz in just less than 5 mins, the light would go off and you'd find yourself in a very dark room with only the light from the computer screen which was creepy for me so I left the room. Found cigarette butts on our terrace. |

Good location in pedestrian centre of Innsbruck. Friendly family-run hotel with a good reputation for the restaurant and a pretty terrace. Room was spacious, dinner was tasty. No special charm about the room or the hotel, main thing is the location and the friendly welcome. |

Chosen for its location in the old town, and reasonably close to the main railway station, the hotel lived up to expectaions. Breakfasts wr=ere plentiful, and the one dnner we had there was excellent. Being in Austria, everything was spotlessly clean. Arriving by train on a Sunday evening, it was a bit disconcerting after finding our way from the station to see the hotel apparently closed. This was resolved by ringing the bell, and given instructions by the proprietor to gain access and check-in, but the restaurant remained closed and this is the practice each Sunday. |

Great location right in the city center, right down the street from the Dachl and Hofkirche. The breakfast was good and they kept it open even though we were a little late. Very nice staff. The closest parking is the Altstadt garage, which is about a 5 min walk across some busy streets. |

Large well appointed rooms in the centre of Innsbruck. Good restaurant. We have stayed at this hotel many times, the main thing to watch is that you should notify them of your time of arrival since the reception is not manned continuously particularly on Sundays after 11.00hrs. |

Очень уютный отель в самом центре Инсбрука. так как отель расположен в пешеходной зоне, подъехать к нему можно, с чемоданами, только в определенном месте, при заселении гостям даются подробные схемы парковки транспорта, карта города. Все очень чисто и добротно по-австрийски. |

市内観光、レストランなど近く。 車両規制などで車でホテルまで行くことが出来ないため、一般駐車場からの大きな荷物の移動は大変であった。- エレベータも使えなかった。 |

Erittäin mukava henkilökunta: palvelu toimi todella hyvin. Sijainti kauniilla paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa, josta lyhyt matka kaikkiin keskeisiin nähtävyyksiin. Alakerrassa ilmeisen suosittu ruokaravintola, jossa laadukasta tirolilaista ruokaa. |

Morgenmaden var glimrende, of selvom der ikke var nogen der kunne et klap engelsk, gik det meget fint. Værelserne var under ombygning så ingen kommentarer her. det ville være en god idé om de havde en enkelt på hotellet der kunne engelsk. Den ene computer til stede på hotellet som kunne bruges til internet for hotellets gæster, virkede ikke fordi den piratkopi af Windows der var installeret, ikke kunne registrres!!! |

Personalen var otroligt servicinriktade och vi fick mycket bra tips och information som gjorde vår vistelse i Innsbruck innehållsrik och trevlig. Hotellet är härligt inrett i "Tyroler-stil" och ligger bra till i gamla staden. |

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr schönes, traditionelles Hotel (Ambiente hervorragend) in der Altstadt von Innsbruck mit währschafter Hausmannskost, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe (ca. 3-4 Minuten entfernt) |
