It is not 4* Wellness ferien hotel, but road side INN - fraud misrepresentation deceptive description including the wellness & spa.Food provided with half board is not fit for human consumption,in our case revamp lunch leftovers.TOTAL RIP OFF |

Very nice atmosphere, quaite place, nice wellness, staff and services I was surprised that 1 bad room was really small |

Good food (dinner & breakfast). Overall nice and warm welcome. Too low temperature in the room - it took time to heat it up. Very small bathroom, far too small for a family room. Some toiletries where missing (the soap bottle ran out in the shower, the tissue box was empty) |

Signage to the swimming pool is inadequate, we couldn't find the pool, but the reception implied we didn't see the obivous, instead of attending to the problem. One sign leads to a dark room, which connects to another dark room, which connects to a dark hall at the end of which is the pool... For a four star hotel, we did not get the attention and service expected. Dinner (half board) was server almost as if to get rid of us, as the hotel was busy with a large group event. swimply not enough staff on hand. |

I was quite disappointed that the wellness sauna facilities were only available for nude, for mixed sexes. That does not fit my value system. |

wonderful location, nice and clean hotel with lots of facilities. friendly and helpful staff the hotel is in the proximity of a church and the bells are chiming all night, in every hour; it is too loud in some of the rooms |

SPA-ul este OK. In rest nu mia placut nimic in acest loc. Copii nu au acces la piscina si in SPA , cu toate ca in cartea de prezentare al hotelului aflata la receptie apare un copil intr-o sauna. La ora 12 seara se da stingerea - incredibil - esti trimis la culcare.. In baie ca sistem de incalzire era un radiator pe curent cu rezisatenta incandescenta. |

酒点的设施的确不错，桑拿6间，但有时不是全部开放。 早餐和晚餐的食物不理想，住了6晚，每天的早餐都是一样的，且有时有的东西还会不够，晚餐也单调，自助色拉看上去时间过长，玉米已经变质，总之，如果不计较酒点与景点的距离标错的话（空中距离与实际距离相差25公里），住的不错，吃得太差。 |

A felszolgált 4 fogásos vacsora nagyon ízletes. És még választási lehetőség is van. Csak a főnökasszony intézhet bizonyos dolgokat. Így a távollétében sem bejelentkezni, sem kijelentkezni nem lehet. Ebből kifolyólag akár fél órát is kell várni a recepción. (igaz ezalatt itallal kínálnak). A fürdőszobában sajnos nincs fűtés. (vagy én nem találtam?) |

Rugalmasan kezelték a gyerekkel való ottartozkodásunkat és nem zavartak ki a szobából amikor el kellett volna hagyni. Nem vették figyelembe a megjegyzést az extra ágyra a foglalásnál, amiből a helyszínen kis bonyodalom is lett. |
