wunderschöne Lage im Skigebiet mit schöner Sicht auf die Berge, sehr freundliches Personal. perfektes, mit viel liebe zubereitetes Essen und jeder Teller super präsentiert, sehr schönes Zimmer. tolle Wellnessanlage. Wir waren mit allen sehr zufrieden.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Essen und super Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Hotel aus. Wir konnten uns sehr gut von der Hektik des Alltages erholen. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Гостеприимные владельцы отеля, внимательный персонал на reception, изысканная кухня - потрясающие ужины!, просторный, изысканно-простой номер, потрясающий вид из окна на горы, необычное расположение отеля (почти "ласточкино гнездо"). Отель расположен недалеко от ближайшей зоны катания на горных лыжах. Автобусная остановка - рядом с отелем, при желании можно дойти пешком (вверх около 500 м).

La gentillesse du personnel, les repas excellents et la propreté de l'établissement sont vraiment un atout. Le cadre est aussi magnifique, la musique douce rendait l'atmosphère très agréable. La salle de bains n'avait pas vraiment d'aération, il faisait trop chaud. La qualité des lits et la literie en synthétique nous faisait transpirer la nuit (4 étoiles ???). La piscine trop petite, sur le prospectus elle paraissait plus grande.

La situation et le panorama sont magnifiques. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible.La propreté de l'hotel est irréprochable. Le spa n'est pas séparé de la piscine, donc les enfants de la piscine viennent se doucher au spa qui est normalement réservé à la nudité. La piscine est très petite.Le repas bio est de qualité,mais ne justifie pas les quantités et le choix limité des aliments.Les miettes laissées sur la table le soir y étaient encore le matin au petit déjeuner.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à plus de 1400m d'altitude qui domine le village de Jerzens qui offre en plus une vue fabuleuse et panoramique sur les sommets environnants. J'y retournerai, c'est sûr ! Une fermeture du spa/piscine à 20h au lieu de 19h30 aurait été préférable.

- Uitzicht over de bergen - fijne maaltijden - sauna-landschap Het zwembad !!! op de website en de folder van het hotel, zou je denken dat er een immens binnen- en buitenzwembad is, hiervan klopt niets, het buitenzwembad is 5mx3m, het binnenzwembad 5mx4m van echt "zwemmen" is hier dus totaal geen sprake aangezien we echte zwemmers zijn, was dit ons behoorlijk tegengevallen
