excellent hotel , we were upgraded to a wonderfull suite ,every detail was perfect , room facilities , public areas , food at breakfast and dinner ,welcoming and helpfull staff , very convenient private parking , excellent value for money !

The service and friendly nature of all the Hotel staff. What a change from the abrupt service usually found in Germany. The Hotel facilities overall were wonderful. The Musical on Tuesday night was very good. the hotel should employ them on additional nights. It is a enjoyable for the Guest and increases income for the Hotel. Guest purchase more beverages and remain in the lounge longer when good music is provided

The cost of non-alcoholic beverages and water were exorbitant. This is a turn off for most travelers who are willing to pay for four or five star Hotels. You should reduce the cost of Water by at least half. That will still provide the Hotel with a large margin of profit, and contribute to a better image. The computer pay system was exorbitant and cumbersome. I Lost a very important document fumbling for another Euro to continue the Internet connection. I would not recommend this Hotel for Business persons. Most quality Hotels provide computer/Internet service gratis. You should give this some thought.

We stayed in a superior room in the main hotel rather than the associated Hotel Stefani. The room was very large and comfortable Halfboard was excellent and the staff very attentive. The hotel is very popular and seemed busy at breakfast/dinner. Use of free cycles was good. Outdoor parking area was not large (for the size of hotel), but we had no problem parking. Free lunch was an excellent bonus - though only used it once.

Betreuung durch das Hotelpersonal, Wellnessbereich, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffett und sehr reichhaltiges Abendessen, zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war wunderbar in die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Nonostante la brutta camera la cena era buona e il personale gentile.

Ci sono due trattamenti ben diversi che dipendono dalla palazzina in cui si alloggia. Se si alloggia nell'hotel Schonruh tutto ok. Se si alloggia nello stabile House Stefanie le camere sono ben diverse . A noi hanno dato una camera all'ultimo piano, una specie di soffitta molto bassa, pavimento scricchiolante, arredata per una categoria due stelle. L'armadio per esempio era una tenda ad anelli in plastica. Le quattro stelle quindi sono fuori luogo. Inoltre non c'era l'angolo biologico per la colazione di cui parlava il sito

Ottimo hotel davvero da consigliare. staff veramente simpatico e accogliente per quel che riguarda sala, bar. la nostra camera era un junior royal ed era veramente molto bella, ampia con bagno con doppio lavandino ampissimo, belle anche le decorazioni, bellissimo l'armadio. Le camere sono perfettamente insonorizzate e non siamo mai stati disturbati. insomma consiglio questo tipo di soluzione anche se costa un po' di più. ho sbirciato le camere standard e sinceramente non mi sembrano da 4 stelle mentre la nostra le meritava tutte!! una segnalazione lo merita il centro benessere e piscine annesse: queste infrastrutture sono addirittura da 5 stelle. abbiamo scelto questo hotel per il centro benessere e siamo stati premiati.

le colazioni anche se molto ricche non avevano una selezione di dolci veramente buoni come in Austria ci si aspetta. mi è sembrata un po' dozzinale. le cene invece erano molto varie e ben presentate.

La cortesia del personale, la bellezza della struttura, dotata di numerose possibilità di intrattenimento quali piscine, saune e bagni turchi, la vicinanza al centro del grazioso paesino ed anche ad altre mete di notevole interesse.

In particolare nella nostra stanza non vi era la possibilità di chiudere a chiave le aperture verso la terrazza. Porte e finestre inadeguate alla bellezza della struttura.

Ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista: splendio centro benessere e cena servita con molta professionalità.

Ottima colazione. Piscina rilassantissima e buon servizio wellness. Piacevole in generale.
