Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile. la carta di credito non funzionava e si sono fidati che avrei mandato il bonifico al mio ritorno. Camere pulite con vista lago Nessun aspetto negativo, forse il prezzo un pò alto dell' hotel ma che è giustificato da tutti i servizi del centro benessere |

Perhaps, this is the best 4* hotel in Poertschach. Staff is very kind. Breakfast in lake-view open-air restaurant is excellent. The hotel has its own tidy beach. Hotel's spa is rather spacious. |

A clean and well designed hotel resort, offering all kinds of ammenities you might need and expect for a great time away from home. Especially the customerorientedness of the hotel staff is worth an extra remark as they are really striving to make you enjoy your stay. Everything was excellent, a must stay when you are in the region |

Céntrico en el lago, con fácil acceso a carretera para poderse mover por la zona. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Acceso un poco complicado a la "playa privada" en el lago, y el tamaño de la playa pequeño. Un poco caro en la relación calidad/precio. |

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See. Das Grundstück mit Liegewiese reicht bis zum See. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant und den (teureren) Zimmern zum See. Internet-Terminal gratis. |

Das Hotel war nicht ausgelastet, deshalb ein Upgrade ohne Aufforderung. Respekt!! Super Zimmer mit herrlichem Seeblick zum Preis eines Standardzimmers. Qualität des Abendessen sehr gut. Wassertemperatur im Hallenbad wegen eines Defekts nur 21 Grad. Preis für Halbpension mit 19,00 € im ersten Moment etwas hoch. Aber die 4 bzw. 5-Gangmenüs waren es wert. Flughafentransfer leider kostenpflichtig, wurde auch bei der Hotelbeschreibung nicht angegeben. |

Leider gab es nur ein Abendmenü, man hatte keine Möglichkeit etwas aus einer Speisekarte auszuwählen. Diesen Service hat jedes 2 Sterne-Hotel. |
