The receptionist was very rude upon our arrival. I was amazed that they would treat customers that badly. I would have cancelled our reservation if I could have, but was informed that it was prepaid and cancellation was not an option. |

Great location in relation to the railway station and other forms of public transport. In addition, the Hotel staff did assist in addressing our concern. One major concern... the Hotel has a four star rating and we were very disappointed at the quality of the room and amenties available when compared to other four star hotel experiences. In fact, we experienced the services and facilities of some three star Hotels and this Hotel would not rate any better than the majority of them. The four star rating is not deserved. |

Neary the Westbahn railway station and easy to access by car. Parking place for the car in the nearby quite expensive. |

ウィーン西駅の目の前なので、空港からのアクセスもリムジンバスを利用できますし、列車を利用の方もヨーロッパ各地の起点になるのでとても便利です。また、市内観光の際も、地下鉄であれば、西駅からシュテファン寺院（中心地まで）地下鉄で１０分ほどですので、移動はとても楽です。 ユーロ高ということで若干割高感がありました。グループでいったので、部屋によっては、掃除が行き届かない部屋もありました。 |

Isollakin porukalla Hotelli toimi joustavasti aukioloaikojen ja erillaisten selvitysten kanssa. Hotelli oli siisti vaikkakin hieman kulunut. |

Der Standort ist ideal um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Wien kennen zu lernen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer entspricht nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Bad/WC entspricht nicht dem Stand der Technik. Es wurde noch ein Heizstrahler eingesetzt. |
