Location, staff, bath, room size.
Friendly stuff, excellent location Great Value for the money - very recommended
the only bad thing was the bed - not so comfy and the pillows where in very bad ship, couldn't even sleep on them
Right across railway station and subway. Easy connection with airport bus. Good breakfast with lots of choices.
Very good location, in front of the Westbahnhof. Personnel was very nice. Price is good.
Quite cold during the night. Not very clean, neither in the bathroom nor in the room. We didn't try the breakfast. No Wien maps available.
Good location, close to the train station. We had to take a train at 8 am and the hotel was, still is, advertised as a four star hotel, that's why we chose this hotel.
This hotel is nowhere near four stars! One star maybe. The hotel smells of smoke, we beliave the hotel must had been a smoking hotel not a long time ago. The furniture is very old and ugly, dirty carpets... To sum up, the hotel is in a desperate need of a renovation. Don't be fooled by the photos of the hotel on its website, the hotel looks nothing like the photos!
Location is hard to beat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was fairly soundproof. Cleanliness of my room.
I had booked an economy single room, which did not really correspond with photos of the website. It was smaller and did not have coffee making facility, although advertised. While everything was clean, the public spaces looked a little shabby and need refreshing. My main complaint however, is the high price for breakfast (13 Euros). The breakfast was standard hotel food, but not more than that. The worse thing was the coffee, which was really awful, and that in Vienna with its coffee culture. I would recommend having breakfast in one of the nice little eateries in the train station, just 2 minutes away. The economy room may be allright for one or two nights, but not for a longer stay.
Location was good, hotel has potential but it's quite dusty & smoky
I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. I wish I had known this before I booked.
We had stayed at 14 hotels in France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy from 6th.Oct. to 2nd.Nov.,2014. This Hotel is very perfect one in everything. We recommend this hotel to Chinese tourists.
Location is very convenient, just next to Westbahnhof.
Quality of room was not that good for the price charged. Lightening was not good, bathroom was old design and even bed was not that conformable. I would not recommend it for tourist.
Excellent location opposite Westbahnhof great when using railpass. 10 mins by underground from the city centre
the hotel is located very close to the train station, so we had to take a train very early and the location of this hotel was very convenient.
very arranging and welcoming staff
it was too noisy (cars from the street) and too hot in the room to get a good sleep
close from the station.
desk is too tiny.
Location, friendly staff
Location was good for me
No good connection for the internet.i was moved to Avery small room
Having to pay for tea/coffee.
very convenient for the shopping and the station where you can get transport to any of the u-bahns.when you come into the airport go for the bus journey as it's cheaper only 8 euro's compared to the city express with transport for another 48 hours costs you 31 euro's and you have to change at Landergrasse for the U3 which then brings into Westbarnhof were as the bus takes you all the way to Westbarnhof.
that when you have a cup of tea or coffee beware that at the end of your stay you will have to pay for these.
Reception staff very nice and helpful.
Close to railway station. Friendliness of the staff.
Front desk was great
Air conditioning barely worked. Smoke free rooms had been smoked in a lot
Close to Westbahnhof
Parking for 9Euro per day Receptionist could be more patient. Room towards street a little bit noisy.
Location near the Westbanhof, the quality of breakfast and the staff cortesy.
The bed as to soft and unconfortable.
