Conveniently placed near to the westbanhhof station, clean with excellent staff. Very helpful with information. comforatble lounge. Probelm with the internet service with a difference between that advertised (on Booking.com) and that actuallyavailble. There is no free wifi in the lobby. |

Sleeping and using the hotel as a base for sitghtseeing Vienna .The location is good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Good quality for the price. Airconditioning would make it more pleasurable. Our room had plenty of space but no table and chair to sit and enjoy our morning coffe. |

The fact that it is near the railway station which helped us to save time, that we could check-in quite quick and leave our luggage there and that the room was clean all the time during our stay. |

das hotel ist optimal gelegen neben dem westbahnhof, frühstücksbüffet war gut und reichlich, ruhige gesamtatmosphäre eingangsbereich schon sehr "abgewohnt", zimmer ebenfalls, boden im zimmer nicht ganz sauber |

cortesia dello staff, vicinanza alla metropolitana (in qualche minuto si è in ogni parte di vienna) disponibilità di un parcheggio pubblico multipiano dall'altra parte della strada (prenotando il posto auto con l'albergo si ha uno sconto sulla tariffa giornaliera da 23.20euro a 19.00euro). |

子どもの朝食代は無料でした。バスルームは、バスタブ付きできれいでした。ウィーン西駅が目の前で、地下鉄- やバス、国鉄での移動に便利でした。 エレベーターは年代物です。扇風機はありますが、エアコンがないです。部屋の鍵は、部屋の内側からも鍵穴に- 鍵を入れてまわすようになっていました。 |

Das Personal und insbesondere die Chefin des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Für ein 4 * Hotel ist die Ausstattung nicht besonders gut. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, was bei den zur Hauptstraße gelegenen Zimmer ein gravierender Mangel ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ebenfalls einem 4 * Hotel nicht entsprechend ( z. B. keine Brötchenwahl ) |

位置较好,交通便利.维也纳火车西站和机场大巴停靠站就在旅馆对面.附近有2条地铁线和多路公交车/轻轨等. 店员推荐的一日游太不值. |

Die zentrale Lage Preise weit übertrieben für das, was dieses Hotel anbietet.Das Zimmer wurde die zwei Tage nicht geputzt, die Tücher nicht gewechselt, das Frühschück bestand von lauter "Metropackungen"., das Zimmereinrichtung füchterlich....Wer hat dieses Hotel für 4 Sternebewertet????? |

4 Sterne sind mehr als überbewertet, schmuddelige Zimmereinrichtung, Schimmel im Bad, kaputte Brausegarnitur, alles furchtbar abgenutzt, man möchte kaum etwas angreifen. |

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht unbedingt dem, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Modriger Geruch und ein Hauch vom vorigen Jahrhundert schwebt in den extrem abgewohnten Räumen. Sicher nicht mehr. 4 Sterne ist das auf keinen Fall - eher 2. |

Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass man von dort sehr schnell überall war... 2 min zum westbahnhof (aber auch nur wenn die ampel rot war *fg*) bei der U-Bahn ca 5 min. und in der Mariahilferstraße ca 10 min... und das alles zu Fuß!! Über das Hotel kann ich leider nicht allzu viel sagen.. den ich habe nur dort geschlafen und nichts gegessen! |
