Ηταν ολα τέλεια ,ειλικρινα εντυπωσιαστηκα απο ολα ,καθαριοτητα ,προσωπικο,θεση τοθ ξενοδοχειου,10 λεπτα με τα ποδια στο κεντρο,εκτος αυτου ο σταθμος metro Nestroy απεχει 200 μετρα απο το ξενοδοχειο,Ταξιδευω συχνα στην κεντρικη Ευρωπη και παντα μενω σε 4 αστερων ξενοδοχεια ,αυτο ηταν το best !!!aaa και πολυ καλο και πλουσιο πρωινο. all is perfect !!! |

Staff was very supportive during my staying there; kind, always ready to help and to direct. The was no balcony in the type of room I stayed in and the window was too high, difficult to open. |

the fact that is is relatively a newly built hotel and close to a metro station and supermarket and restaurants. I had to pay an extra 25 Euro per night just because I accompanied my little daughter who is 5 years old while the standard rooms are already equipped with sofa bed. |

Enjoyed the up to date public facilities,such as restaurant,where an excellent and varied breakfast was available.Staff very cooperative and efficient and friendly. 1.Beds had foam mattresses which are not as comfortable as springed ones.2. Air conditioner didn't cool. 3.Free wifi internet using own laptop only available in lobby,very inconvenient. |

We loved it as it was really close to everything and we could go by foot. Hotel`s design disappointed me, as I saw on the internet it looks like a new modern design hotel with a new addition on top. Architecturally very interesting concept. As we arrived closelly the addition was nothing than just a normal cube with glass facade. Rooms, furniture and toillets are cheaply done; and you have to pay to for all extra facilities Internet, TV, ...... not to mention very expansive breakfast and mini bar! Hotel has a potential to be upgraded into really nice hotel, but the right peole have to take care of it. |

Staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. Proximity to the central city was great. Toilet was in a separate room to bathroom, which in itself is OK except there was no wash hand basin in the toilet. This meant that after going to the toilet you had to open the toilet door and the bathroom door before you could wash your hands - not very hygienic? There are small, narrow hand basins that would be perfect for this use? |
