Good location you are on the u1 red line get out at nestroy plats and walk to left, nothing much happens in this area though. Hotel carpet had many disturbing stains in main corridors, room nice but small and didn't particularly like just toilet on own then separate shower area, but that was just personal choice, Restaurant very quiet and but pricey, bar area very quiet and feels unrelaxed. Place would be a goldmine if they had cheaper bar/ restaurant area as it's such a convenient location. Nevertheless nice hotel, oh booked superior double room, not so superior and small double bed, so font bother splashing extra cash for it

The garage it's a big big joke! You need to pay 21 euro for nothing....it's an garage with 8 places where you can park...if you're not lucky....you'll stay with stress because even though you pay 21 eur / day, there is no place reserved for you. So if you're not fast enough, you might end up parking your car on the street.... Usually I like novotel hotels but this one...I Really don't understand why they don't have the same conditions in all hotels...And the staff....very very clumsy...

Perfect location, 5 minutes from subway. Very nice room with minimal design. Very clean.Very polite and helpful reception. Totally recommended! Quite expensive breakfast. 17€/person/day, it's optional though.

I thought that all staff was very help ful the location was so good , you only had to walk 5 mins and you were in the centre of town . this is the best location and the price was so good over newyear .

Location is good and very near to underground, Staff at reception were extremely helpful. The doulbe rooms were on the road side and just a little bit noisy, although the double glaze window makes it much quieter. Not really an issue unless you are a very light sleeper.

The location, 15min. walk to the center of the city; besides it is 2 min. walk to subway station. The modern furniture of hotel lobby and rooms makes it look bright and cosy.

I love the fact that I can walk into Vienna Centre in a few minutes and I can also walk to the CAT station. It is also located close to U-Bahn stops which makes my stay hassle free and convenient, which is important to me as my daughter lives near Vienna so I visit a few times a year.

I thought that the location was excellent and the hotel itself was clean and modern. I also liked the fact that you could drive to the front door easily and it was relatively quiet The air conditioning did not work very well so the room was too warm.
