Tiene una buena ubicación, no en el centro, pero se puede caminar rápidamente hacia allí. Muy buenas instalaciones y atención, así como limpieza y comodidad de las instalaciones. La variedad en los productos del desayuno es limitada, por lo que al hospedarse muchas noches no se puede hablar de un desayuno placentero. |

Su situación. Ligeramente separado del centro, tranquilo y evitando aglomeraciones. Además del buen aislamiento acústico del local, tanto en el comedor como en las habitaciones. Algunos detalles de interiorismo, sobre todo en los pasillos de las habitaciones. |

Enjoyed the up to date public facilities,such as restaurant,where an excellent and varied breakfast was available.Staff very cooperative and efficient and friendly. 1.Beds had foam mattresses which are not as comfortable as springed ones.2. Air conditioner didn't cool. 3.Free wifi internet using own laptop only available in lobby,very inconvenient. |

We loved it as it was really close to everything and we could go by foot. Hotel`s design disappointed me, as I saw on the internet it looks like a new modern design hotel with a new addition on top. Architecturally very interesting concept. As we arrived closelly the addition was nothing than just a normal cube with glass facade. Rooms, furniture and toillets are cheaply done; and you have to pay to for all extra facilities Internet, TV, ...... not to mention very expansive breakfast and mini bar! Hotel has a potential to be upgraded into really nice hotel, but the right peole have to take care of it. |

Staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. Proximity to the central city was great. Toilet was in a separate room to bathroom, which in itself is OK except there was no wash hand basin in the toilet. This meant that after going to the toilet you had to open the toilet door and the bathroom door before you could wash your hands - not very hygienic? There are small, narrow hand basins that would be perfect for this use? |

Nothing. I booked executive upper floor. But, they provide 2nd floor. Of course, I complained it to them. They did not change the room. |
