Disponibilité du personnel. Buffet copieux et varié. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Situation géographique satisfaisante (déplacements pédestres +commodités des transports en commun) Isolation phonique un peu juste pour les chambres donnant sur l'avenue centrale. |

L'accueil très professionnel. La décoration récente de l'hotel. La qualité du lit dans la chambre, le calme. L'hôtel est malheureusement un tout petit peu excentré du centre ville. |

Propreté. Proximité du métro. Paisible. En général, le personnel de la réception a été très courtois et a bien répondu à nos demandes. Cependant après une échange de courriels prometteurs en vue de faire des réservations pour assister à des concerts, celui-ci n'a pas fait les réservations demandées et a offert comme excuse que l'un des concerts n'avait pas lieu le soir désigné ce qui s'est avéré absolument faux. Petits déjeuners chers. |

It was nice, and clean. The staff was really helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The sauna gave us the extra comfort feeling! |

Enjoyed the up to date public facilities,such as restaurant,where an excellent and varied breakfast was available.Staff very cooperative and efficient and friendly. 1.Beds had foam mattresses which are not as comfortable as springed ones.2. Air conditioner didn't cool. 3.Free wifi internet using own laptop only available in lobby,very inconvenient. |

We loved it as it was really close to everything and we could go by foot. Hotel`s design disappointed me, as I saw on the internet it looks like a new modern design hotel with a new addition on top. Architecturally very interesting concept. As we arrived closelly the addition was nothing than just a normal cube with glass facade. Rooms, furniture and toillets are cheaply done; and you have to pay to for all extra facilities Internet, TV, ...... not to mention very expansive breakfast and mini bar! Hotel has a potential to be upgraded into really nice hotel, but the right peole have to take care of it. |

Staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. Proximity to the central city was great. Toilet was in a separate room to bathroom, which in itself is OK except there was no wash hand basin in the toilet. This meant that after going to the toilet you had to open the toilet door and the bathroom door before you could wash your hands - not very hygienic? There are small, narrow hand basins that would be perfect for this use? |

Nothing. I booked executive upper floor. But, they provide 2nd floor. Of course, I complained it to them. They did not change the room. |
