Ottima la colazione anche se non inclusa nel costo della camera, la posizione è ideale sia per raggiungere il centro città che il centro congressi. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. La camera executive prometteva cesto di benvenuto, ciabattine e accappatoio per accedere al centro fitness, trattamento vip... Niente di tutto ciò!!! Vera invece la connessione internet gratuita. |

La preparazione dello staff e la modernità della struttura 1) La non gratuità della connessione internet e wi-fi dalle camere, non adeguata alla classe dell'hotel. 2) La mancanza di una jacuzzi idromassaggio nella sala sauna. |

la pulizia delle stanze e la cortesia del personale ho usufruito di un'interessante e conveniente offerta (uno sconto di oltre il 50%), ma ritengo che il prezzo pieno della stanza sarebbe stato eccessivo |

Enjoyed the up to date public facilities,such as restaurant,where an excellent and varied breakfast was available.Staff very cooperative and efficient and friendly. 1.Beds had foam mattresses which are not as comfortable as springed ones.2. Air conditioner didn't cool. 3.Free wifi internet using own laptop only available in lobby,very inconvenient. |

We loved it as it was really close to everything and we could go by foot. Hotel`s design disappointed me, as I saw on the internet it looks like a new modern design hotel with a new addition on top. Architecturally very interesting concept. As we arrived closelly the addition was nothing than just a normal cube with glass facade. Rooms, furniture and toillets are cheaply done; and you have to pay to for all extra facilities Internet, TV, ...... not to mention very expansive breakfast and mini bar! Hotel has a potential to be upgraded into really nice hotel, but the right peole have to take care of it. |

Staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. Proximity to the central city was great. Toilet was in a separate room to bathroom, which in itself is OK except there was no wash hand basin in the toilet. This meant that after going to the toilet you had to open the toilet door and the bathroom door before you could wash your hands - not very hygienic? There are small, narrow hand basins that would be perfect for this use? |
