znakomicie połozony, bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji dośc opieszały serwis sniadaniowy, kawa podana wlaściwie już po zjedzeniu. Zbyt drogi jak na ten standart. Novotel w Monachuim o połowę tańszy, znacznie wygodniejszy pokój i dużo lepsze sniadanie |

It was nice, and clean. The staff was really helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The sauna gave us the extra comfort feeling! |

Enjoyed the up to date public facilities,such as restaurant,where an excellent and varied breakfast was available.Staff very cooperative and efficient and friendly. 1.Beds had foam mattresses which are not as comfortable as springed ones.2. Air conditioner didn't cool. 3.Free wifi internet using own laptop only available in lobby,very inconvenient. |

We loved it as it was really close to everything and we could go by foot. Hotel`s design disappointed me, as I saw on the internet it looks like a new modern design hotel with a new addition on top. Architecturally very interesting concept. As we arrived closelly the addition was nothing than just a normal cube with glass facade. Rooms, furniture and toillets are cheaply done; and you have to pay to for all extra facilities Internet, TV, ...... not to mention very expansive breakfast and mini bar! Hotel has a potential to be upgraded into really nice hotel, but the right peole have to take care of it. |

Staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. Proximity to the central city was great. Toilet was in a separate room to bathroom, which in itself is OK except there was no wash hand basin in the toilet. This meant that after going to the toilet you had to open the toilet door and the bathroom door before you could wash your hands - not very hygienic? There are small, narrow hand basins that would be perfect for this use? |

Nothing. I booked executive upper floor. But, they provide 2nd floor. Of course, I complained it to them. They did not change the room. |

The shower was very good, our daughter had a separate sofa bed and got a small present at arrival, the breakfast was also very good. The pillows were bad and travelling from the airport instructions on the web-site of the hotel are vague. Moreover, it turned out that it is much better to come from the airport by train and metro (metro station is around the corner) instead of taking a bus as it is recommended on the web site. Of course, this matters for adventures people who do not want to take a cab. |

The hotel was excellent for our needs, and the staff were all very helpful and efficient. We enjoy walking in city centres, and the hotel was within a 10 minute safe walk to the very centre of Vienna. There was also an underground metro station just around the corner with very frequent trains to most of the principal sights of interest. The meals at the hotel restaurant were good, but a little overpriced |

The short distance till the city center. A subway station very close to the hotel. Very expensive internet in the room. There is free internet to the hotel computer near reception but is very busy. No valet parking because one of the hotel parking is a litlle too far. |

centrally situated within short walking of the city and only metres from the underground station. Very friendly staff. We stayed at about 15 hotels on our overseas trip and this was the best. Free internet was a wonderful bonus. Location and daily rate won the day and was above expectations. |
