hotel and room design the bed, considering the long period that i should have slept there...is good for resting, but bad for sleeping, and i would also consider the too thick pillows |

The clean cut modern design and colour coordination of the rooms. The wal television unit and internet connection. The position of the hotel. The shower room fitments were very good. The large comfortable bed. Sadly, yes a few. The pillows were too thick and made of synthetic material. The air conditioning was not at all responsive. The fridge was inefficient. There were no drawers at all. (Sliding out open shelves could have been added to the 'fridge/safe' unit. Cost of internet usage too expensive - in the room and in lobby. Too few front of house or breakfast staff. Need better breakfasts. |

The hotel was good looking, our room was also. I booked for a smoking executive room, but the room I got was a non smoking room. When I wanted to change the room with a smoking one, the staff told me that all other rooms were booked, which I didnot understood, becuse I already booked a smoking executive room.It was a very big problem for me, and also to hear that only they could do was to be sorry. |

It was just great, the rooms are amazing, everything looks new, modern rooms and hotel, good location too (just near a metro station and good street), free internet corner with amazing computer, everything was just great |

Good location in the very center of the city. New hotel with good design inside and outside, new furniture and new equipment in the rooms. Very kind staff. Splendid restaurant. We have a marvellous stay. |

I was there during Sibos exhibition , the arrangement was perfect ( Transportation , information , End day party ,.....tec) . Hotel is so clean ,it location is very near to vienna city center , only tow station by under ground , Close to nesteroyplatca station . You can get skywards points . room was a bit expensive . Internet acess on the room was not included . No washing place in Toilet |

cleaness and friendly staff extra too expensive, garage 19euro, internet 19 euro per day breakfast 15 euro..honestly too much, if you do not need this things the hotel is perfect otherwise it become too expensive. |
