Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel has free wifi and a good breakfast. room was very clean and there are two elevators. none but if looking to bring it up a notch I would upgrade the soaps and shampoos (dried out my skin). |

Everything was perfect, staff is excellent. Had some problems with internet, but finally worked. maybe wlan-service could be improved a little bit. |

The breakfast was acceptable and the free internet definitely help make this hotel attractive. The stafff are helpful. The rooms are fairly spacious, and the late 70s design is still in very good condition.... a bit of retro chic. Location is pretty good if you are needing to be in the West of the city. All in all good value for money. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and among the best I have met. The service is wonderful too. In a very quiet area and very close to citty's favourite places and Mariahilfferstrase. |

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and for gay people, it is close to several locations. :-) Rooms are nice colourful like a retro hotel in 1980s but cool, it was simple, reasonable, I do recommend for everyone. (Hungary, Budapest) |

i liked the position of the hotel, 10 min walk to Mariahilfer St and the fact it was very near to a subway station. The hotel is decent and the criteria for choosing was very simple: location and budget. |

the room was cleaned even on Sunday afternoon after all the usual cleaning was finished. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and it had variety. As I had to work at the desk I would have liked a suitable chair but if the trip would have been just a city trip I wouldn't have noticed this. |

gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis online gab es eine Information, daß es zwar eine Parkgarage gegen Gebühr problemlos zu kriegen ist - die Tatsache sah dann anders aus. Mit grösserem Auto kann man in die Parkgarage nicht reinfahren (Höhe 2m, Breite 3m).. diese Information sollte im Angebot inkludiert sein. |
