Действительно очень хорошее расположение, рядом с центральными улицами и центральной площадью собора Святого Стефана. Приветливый персонал на рецепции. Очень маленькие комнаты, горничные заходят для уборки номера даже при висящей табличке "не беспокоить". Отель тянет на нормальные европейские 3 звезды, четверкой он называется незаслуженно. В стандартных комнатах нет тапочек и халатов. Как работал кондиционер в комнате мы так и не поняли, согреться удавалось только под двумя одеялами. |

location in spite of the four stars, the hotel doesnt seem like that...the decoration is dark, the rooms are small, the lift is really small, the housekeeping service is very noisy (after 7 am was impossible sleep), the internet service was expensive (20 euros each day) |

Very good location, it was walking distance to main attractions and transportation hubs. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Rooms are too small and only basic hotel facilities. |

Temperature in the room was warm and you cannot regulate temperature in the room as it is central. When opening the window it is quite noisy. |

Centrally situated but reasonably quiet. Easy to walk to the city sights and shopping area. Also easy to find airport transfers and railway network. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but were told we could have had them if we asked. |

The Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Vienna. Location wise, could not be better. The cleanliness was not very good. A broken switch of a lamp was never fixed during the entire 5 nights stay! |

The central position of the hotel made it easy to access tourist sites. I found the room very stuffy and would have like the air conditioning on - apparently this was not possible. |

It's really nice hotel, staff good, location is good. Find out about train/metro/buses as soon as u arrive in viena and ur trip will be fantastic.They have arranged baby coat even it was not asked and promised in booking. However, It was dirty and torn. The room we got was with little dirty carpet and last room in the building so even not square. Baby coat net was dirty and torn nets. |

Very comfortable, excellent price. The restaurant staff were not that professional. After waiting 15 minutes for the waiter to take our main dish plates and order desert, they told us that the kitchen has just closed so no more dessert for us. |

My rooms was smaller, near to elevator with a lot of noise, the furniture of the bathroom was old. The air condition non fuction and very cold. I just have one towel and reserved for two people and I need to wait a lot of time to fix this problem. |

Den sentrale beliggenhet sammen med meget rolige og stille omgivelser. Personalet var meget imøtekommende og fikk en til å føle seg vel. Det eneste måtte være at sengen var gabske så fast, nesten hard. |
