Hotel Mercure Wien Zentrum se nahaja v 2 sosednih stavbah v starem mestnem jedru Dunaja, le 5 min hoje od katedrale sv. Štefana. Brezplačen brezžični internet je na voljo povsod v hotelu. Vse hotelske sobe imajo kabelsko televizijo, minibar in lastno kopalnico s toaletnim priborom. V hotelski restavraciji si lahko privoščite tipične dunajske specialitete. Bar ima teraso na ulici, nudi pa tudi nekaj toplih in hladnih jedi. Sprehodite se lahko do Državne opere, nedavno ponovno odprtega muzeja Albertina, palače Hofburg, muzejske četrti Museums Quartier in prvovrstnih trgovin v središču Dunaja. Loved the fact that the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the attractions. The reception guy was very welcoming. The rooms are nicely decorated. Plus, the hotel is only 5 min away from the subway by walk. Will definitely stay there again. Size of the room could be a little bit bigger

The staff was awesome. Extremely friendly and helpful. They booked reservations for us, took care of our rented bikes and luggage. The wireless in our room didn't work, but I was able to use the computer in the lobby.

Nice spacious double room. Did not have any problem adding my boyfriend as a guest in the last minute. Very helpful ladies at the reception. Loved my stay. Internet connection could have been a bit faster.

Breakfast very good, excellent selection. Rooms - stylish, comfy and bright. excellent staff. free coffee and water at reception. amazing location. The shuttle bus from the airport stops 3 min walk from the hotel.

front desk was extremely helpful -spoke good english --thankfully because we do not speak german--ameama(? spelling?)was a delight so very nice.... rooms were very comfortable& clean ... resturant also had very nice & helpful people working ----- we ate breakfast & had drinks every nite close to a lot in 1st district-- my husband & i walked everwhere & really had no problems getting around

We liked this hotel too much.The staff was so nice and the location was perfect (max 5 mins to stephansplatz) but it may take longer if you are a shopaholic since there are many stores on your way to there :) The room and the bathroom were so clean and well designed. nothing

The best thing about this hotel is its location, only 2-minute walk from the Cathedral and main shopping streets. Good service of the Reception. Diverse breakfast. The price per night seems reasonable. Room size is really very small. Good for one person but not for two. Bathroom design was nice but the size was very small, too. Shower cabin has no door and there are puddles on the floor after having shower. Tableware on breakfast was not clean enough. On the whole, hotel is good for those who don't care much about accomodation. It has no evident problems or disadvantages but I expected more from it.

The location was the only think I liked. I paid for a 4 stars hotel and I end up staying in an anexe of the hotel which was maybe 2 stars.I am very very dissatisfied and dissappointed,my worst expierience,so far

just location air conditioning system produces sound all time it is impossible to sleep room is very small no place for personal stuff (clothes) hotel looks like having renovation 10 years ago breakfast is disgusting and very expensive never again stay in this hotel
