Very lovely personal, rich breakfast with russian-speaking personal,

Location- too far from subway (urban) station, smell in the room (not fresh), hotel need a repair outside - not good view when you come in inside yard.

The hotel is in a nice old building in a very quiet neighbourhood, but with good public transport connections. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I couldn't get wifi working. It took a while before the water in the shower got warm enough in the mornings, I guess the age of the building has something to do with it. I didn't spend too much time at the hotel other than sleeping, but if would've, there certainly wouldn't have been too much to do.

Good price for good sized room, perfectly good breakfast and friendly service.

It is a quick walk to the next Straßenbahn-Station, but there was no direct connection to the city. The showerdoor leaked and there was not place to put anything down in the shower (shampoo, shaving foam, etc)...but those are just minor complaints.

I choosed here because of it's location, was near to the donauspital...Everything was perfectly good...it deserves all the the good points..many thanks for the hospitality...

This is a lovely Hotel. You enter through an atmospheric courtyard with roses and trees, which is cool and fresh after the warm Vienna streets. The staff are very welcoming, and speak good English. The Breakfast Buffet is excellent. Our room was delightful. Will stay again and would recommend to others.

The shower has no doors and you have to dry all the bathroom after taking a shower. The bed is too soft and not one double bed . blankets are single .

Definitely the breakfast was more than what I expected, They even had Tiramisú, and some other (I think homemade) cakes. Everything is really clean and tide, and they put chocolates on a plate :) They also have minibar in the room (not included in the price, as always) with fair prices, well stocked and assorted. they were really helpful by printing my boarding pass and some documents I needed urgently.

The fact that there was no people at the reception after 22:20 was not so much of a problem as the lack of internet in the rooms. The internet is available with good signal in the lobby (1 or 2 people) and also in a small garden at the entrance, also medium-to-good signal in the breakfast room. Although this is good, after 22:30 the reception and breakfast room are closed, so you can only have internet in the garden and roughly in the stairs connecting to the first floor, with no plugs for energy available. Another thing was, maybe only my room, that attached to the toillete some white box made noises everytime you flush, sometimes good, sometimes really loud and long... no idea what was that.

The main reason I booked this hotel was the discounted price, shown on the website. However, when checking out, I asked the receptionist for the "actual" price. She replied to my big surprise that the price I was paying was the actual price, meaning the discounted price on the website just a fake. I would appreciate if booking.com would take this more serious and ensure that unapproved facts are disclosed on the website

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat das ein oder andere Manko des Hotels wieder herausgerissen! Die Leute waren wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat mir anstatt eines Einzelzimmers ein viel größeres und schöneres Doppelzimmer ohne Aufpreis gegeben und als ich krank wurde, wurde mir ein Abendessen und Tee mit Honig kostenfrei auf das Zimmer gebracht! Das ist wirklich ein toller Service gewesen! Das Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe gemacht. Es wird sich viel Mühe gegeben.

Das Hotel müßte etwas renoviert werden....badetimmer und Toiletten könnten moderner sein. Zimmer war gemütlich, hätte aber aber auch mal einen neuen Anstrich und etwas modernisierung vetratgen können. Kein W-Lan in den Zimmern.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich stets bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen
