clean, v large, non-smoking room, good buffet breakfast, english speaking, lots of TV channels, mini bar, good location with quick access from the autobahn quite expensive & no off street parking, but there was free parking on some of the neighbouring roads |

very welcoming and helpful front staff. Free internet in reception. Basic, but comfortable, single room with good quality pillow! Nice change for the weary traveller. Although the bus and train station were close by, the hotel was much further from the city centre than I had envisioned. If looking for location to the tourist sights, this hotel would be quite far away. But otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. |

The room was rather atypical, the floor plan was awkward but really huge. It was really silent and felt like home. Staff was very friendly. Hotel easily accessible through Metro (U1 Kagran) + Bus (26A) or Tram (26). No WiFi. |

A nice little hotel with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The city centre is a bit on the far side, but fairly reachable with city transport. A good stay altogether. |

Room was nice, comfortable and clean; staff was nice Not very easy to reach from the center of town, cause you change the underground with a tram or bus (but anyway not difficult) |

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the personnel. The buffet was excellent. I couldn't leave the bed of the room... It was sooo comfortable. Quite good access to the city centre by the public transportation. After taking the bus 26A or the tram 26 we only had to change once at Kagran and take the U-bahn, line 1. It took us about 25-30 minutes to get to Stephan's Platz. Some further renovation on the common areas of the hotel. |

The hotel staff was friendly and ready to help. The room was good. the room was located on street side and it was very noisy, it was stiffy if window is closed (though the sounds from were still pretty loud even with closed windows). Bath room is well designed with one defect - there is no shower curtain and it was not possible to take a shower without flooding the floor. |

The people were very nice The rooms were a bit rough-but I suppose that is to be expected since I believe it is rated as 3 star European. |

The hotel is built in a 19th century Jugendstil house, renovated in 2002, in a quiet and green neighbourhood in the centre of Vienna. |
This charming 3-star hotel, ideal for pleasure, culture, family and business travellers, combines the intimacy of a small and comfortable family-run hotel with very personal and hospitable services. |
The Eurostars Vienna hotel, completely renovated in June 2006, offers free use of the inner swimming-pool and gym and it is just 10 minutes by tram from the city centre. |
Our Art Nouveau hotel is conveniently located in a quiet side street in the centre of town - an ideal starting point for a stroll to most of the famous sites of Vienna. The State Opera, St. |
