Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. After reading some reviews about the hotel (rooms were not available when booked online), I sent an email directly to the hotel. My reservation was confirmed. When we arrived, however, our rooms were not available! We were then put up in a hotel nearby for the first night. As a compensation for the inconvenience, we received free dinners at the hotel restaurant. |

Ich war nur auf der Durchreise. Das Schwimmbad sah gut aus. Das frühstücksbuffet war gut, besonders gut fand ich, dass es auch zum Frühstück Tischkarten mit dem Familiennamen gab. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch. es war nicht möglich, mit Kreditkarte zu zahlen. |

ubytování i poloha jsou skvělé, hotelu jako takovému nemám co vytknout, výhled z okna na panorama ledovce ozářeného sluncem byl úžasný. personál - recepční o večeři na stůl hodila faktury,s tím, že musí být do 22h zaplacené. Poté sdělila že platební karty neberou, takže jelikož jsem po večeři měla pivo, hnala mne se svým manželem do města do bankomatu, prože platba do rána nemohla počkat...! 2. |

Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e con i bagni rinnovati di recente. La dotazione di cortesie e asciugamani è abbondante.La cucina è buona e il buffet per la colazione equo. Nessuno parla altro che il tedesco e questo è inaccettabile. |
