Clean and quiet rooms, very good breakfast and staff.

Bed was not that comfortable as hotel bed should be, pillows were too slim.

Nice place, very clean and in a good position (about 400mt from the u1 metro station). The staff is always happy to help you with every possible question. The breakfast is quite good and rich.

The Internet wasn't working fine, we expected long downtimes every 5 minutes of working connection. I must add that we didn't ask to fix this issue because we didn't need it to work, but in that case it would be a potential problem.

We liked this hotel because it is in a quiet neighborhood. Nice room with a big bath room. Close to the subway made it easy to travel to different places. Good breakfast in the morning.

No facility to make tea or coffee in the room. Having a child's sink next to the urinal is a poor design.

I am a regular and I only can praise that hotel. Great location, wonderful rooms on the upper floors, very friendly staff, rounded off by a fantastic breakfast.

Everything was great. Really nice rooms with nice bathroom. Breakfast Perfect-almost all food is organic. Hotel is just four minutes from underground station (and three station to main squer - st. Stephan platz). Next time there for sure.. p.s. during the weekend in Wien you do not need to pay parking on the street

Too expensive. Not even close to 4 star hotel. Not very clean. Staff did quite some mistakes (no towels left, forgot to fill the minibar before we arrived etc) Wireless works only occasionally.

Deluxe Double - recently renewed and spacious with nice bathroom. - Staff. Very friendly and helpful. - Breakfast. Good variety (finally a hotel with English breakfast!) - Value for money (comparative to similarly priced hotels in Rome, Paris and London)

- Nothing to complain about. (Regarding metro/train station area, a few shady characters in early evening. Coming from the Praterstern metro station, take the Heinestrasse exit and come out some 200m away and closer to the hotel).

I was in room 421 and the wifi connection there wasn't very good.

Beatiful room, very nice design, very professional and courteous staff.

The room was far too hot, due to floor heating, and the temperature could not be controlled. This meant keeping the windows open at all time. Crazy waste of energy. The room was beautiful but far too poorly lit. The area around the suitcase bench was so dark that I could not find things in my suitacase even with all lights on. The safe in the warderobe nearby was also almost impossible to operate due to lack of light.

I've been there several times. Always friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, central but quiet location. Fast and free WiFi.

Definitely the hotel does not look like 4-star hotel. Interiors are of bad quality and taste, awful furniture, amateur paintings everywhere. Service is nice but not very professional - they forgot to clean our room once, we were overcharged initially, we ordered a twin room and got a double... Cleaning quality not too good. Towels of hostel-like quality (not really white, small and thin, cheap fabrics). No ventilation or heating in bathroom! Internet is free, but requires new password to be obtained from reception every 24 hours (nuisance). I would not complain if it was 2-star hotel. But for the price of 4-star, definitely the worst hotel I stayed in.

This hotel is beautiful with excellent service, lovely decor of rooms, super clean and it is very conveniently located close to public transport. We stayed in the suite rooms on the top floor and they are absolutely 5-star with superb designer looks and very spacious and comfortable. The staff at reception was very friendly during check-in and check-out as well as during our stay.

The design of all facilities is not only artistic but also pleasant to the eye and with every step you see an attractive detail

I have stayed here many times over the post two years and have not been dissappointed. The rooms are spacious and clean and a good value for the money. The staff has always been courteous and helpfull. I like the location as it is close to a major train station and makes it easy to get to the airport.

The wireless Internet often times cuts out in the rooms. I been in different rooms and the problem has been in all off them so I know it's not related to a particular room. Maybe a system with a stronger signal is needed.

Receptionist called a taxi for us but taxi driver did not give us receipt.

Very helpful staff and the hotel was in a very good location near to the subway. Getting into the centre of Vienna was very quick and easy.
