Pokój był przestronny, od strony ulicy (a raczej uliczki) bez hałasów, wewnątrz ogólna czystość i porządek, można było poczuć się jak u siebie. Śniadanko smaczne, stoliki ustawione w rozsądnych odległościach od siebie.

Radiowy dostęp do Internetu nie działał w naszym pokoju, ale za to działał poprawnie w lobby.

W hotelu jest przede wszystkim bardzo miła, komunikatywna a jednocześnie dyskretna obsługa. Hotel w środku miasta, bardzo cichy i spokojny, bardzo blisko od lunaparku Prater.

Lokalizacja blisko Prateru, centrum i przystanku Metra. Nie przedostawał się hałas z ruchliwych ulic, będących nieopodal.

Bezprzewodowy dostęp do internetu, Czysta łazienka, otrzymaliśmy pokój dla niepalących zgodnie z życzeniem.

Hotel niestety nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Pokój który dostaliśmy był bardzo mały a do tego, jak na ironię, obsługa poinformowała nas przy wydaniu kluczy, że nasz pokój został upgradowany do klasy superior. Nienajlepsze wyposażenie np. fotele były bardzo zniszczone i nieestetyczne.

Good location (close to U-bahn and direct connection to airport), clean rooms. Good value for money.

An excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff, great rooms with some nice design touches, some even have a small balcony. Breakfast is excellent. One of the major pluses of the hotel's location is that it is about 5-7 min. walk from the major train station, the Praterstern (no, you can't hear the trains in the room at all), which has 80% percent of the Viena S-Bahn trains passing in all directions (including the airport) and also houses a U-Bahn station with a direct line to all of the Viena major attractions (besides maybe Schonbrunn). It's actually easier to get to the Stephansdorm platz from here than from some hotels in the Inner Stadt, since the only walking you'll have to do is to the train station. All-in-all a great place.

I'm really hard pressed to think of anything. Print a map maybe - the hotel street is relatively small one and it'a a little off the main boulevards passing through the Praterstern train station square. Very easy to find once you've been there, but some of the locals I've asked for directions didn't know where it was located.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room.

Limited hot water made it very difficult to shower. Some obnoxious guests took up a lot of time at the reception and made it difficult to get served. Breakfast room a bit of a feeding frenzy.

The hotel is excellently located, very close to the metro station and the city center. Very confortable room, quiet and clean. Breakfast was varied and very good. I would recomand it to anybody who wants to have a nice stay in Viena.

we asked for one double bad but we got bed seperated for 2 parts, it was less comfortable

Staff at reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Internet worked perfect. Breakfast was great.
