Hyffsat nära till city, ca 15 min gångväg. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till kommunikationer och nöjesparken Pratern. Bra med air condition vilket behövdes då vi hade ca 30 grader varmt ute. Frukost helt ok men kunde vara bättre. Fil och yoghurt var inte kall utan rumstemperarad och kändes därför ofräsh. |

Utmärkt närhet till tunnelbanestationen. Endast några hundra meter att gå. Fräscht hotell med utmärkt och riklig frukost. |

Närhet till kommunikationer - järnväg, spårvagn och tåg. Gångavstånd till centrum. Beläget på en lugn sidogata - inget trafikbuller. Kylskåp på rummet förträffligt. Gångavstånd till Mitte med många attraktioner. Tillgång till internet. Lugn frukostmiljö. Datorn fungerade inte alla dagar. Vi ville gärna kolla väderprognosen och stämma av hemreseflyget så att det stämde. |

Centralt, men ändå tyst läge. Nära till tunnelbana, livsmedelsaffärer. Var i Wien för att springa Wien Marathon, på söndagsmorgonen innan loppet serverade de frukosten redan kl. 06.00 för att vi skulle hinna äta i god tid innan loppet. |

The location is very convenient and there are quite a few restaurants around for meals. The free internet as well as the connected computers were very useful too. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good as well. It's quite smoky even in the non-smoking room. Don't know where the smoke comes from, but it was not very helpful for my asthma. Don't know it's my room on the top floor or happens in other non-smoking rooms too. |

We are an old couple. We enjoyed our stay at hotel mainly: quitness, cleaness, friendly behaviour of personel at reception, good conection to subway, good brekfast, good access and free internet. For improvement we recommend: to eleminate the window between bath room and slipping room. Such window due to the light during night creates problems to slipping partner. |

An excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff, great rooms with some nice design touches, some even have a small balcony. Breakfast is excellent. One of the major pluses of the hotel's location is that it is about 5-7 min. walk from the major train station, the Praterstern (no, you can't hear the trains in the room at all), which has 80% percent of the Viena S-Bahn trains passing in all directions (including the airport) and also houses a U-Bahn station with a direct line to all of the Viena major attractions (besides maybe Schonbrunn). It's actually easier to get to the Stephansdorm platz from here than from some hotels in the Inner Stadt, since the only walking you'll have to do is to the train station. All-in-all a great place. I'm really hard pressed to think of anything. Print a map maybe - the hotel street is relatively small one and it'a a little off the main boulevards passing through the Praterstern train station square. Very easy to find once you've been there, but some of the locals I've asked for directions didn't know where it was located. |

Convenient location to U1 underground route. Clean rooms, good breakfasts, pleasant staff. Very accommodating for English speaking visitors. |

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Limited hot water made it very difficult to shower. Some obnoxious guests took up a lot of time at the reception and made it difficult to get served. Breakfast room a bit of a feeding frenzy. |

The hotel is excellently located, very close to the metro station and the city center. Very confortable room, quiet and clean. Breakfast was varied and very good. I would recomand it to anybody who wants to have a nice stay in Viena. |

the staff eas very nice, location was very good - 5 minutes from the train station.the room includes AC we asked for one double bad but we got bed seperated for 2 parts, it was less comfortable |

The hotel staffs were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice hotel rooms. Location is not exactly visible, do check with the hotel before checking in on the directions to the hotel. |
