The staff was friendly, answered all questions and made good recommendations for restaurants. The subway transportation was excellent from the hotel as there is not much in the way of restaurants in this area. Breakfast was plentiful and it was at the better end of a typical continental breakfast. Good variety of breads, meats and cheeses. Not much to complain about... But the hotel has four stars which would indicate a decent bar and restaurant. Did not find the restaurant, but did not look too hard. The bar was comfortable and clean with a small selection of cocktails and only one local beer. Best for a nightcap with your group. Looking for a night out? Look elsewhere. |

I have stayed four times at Wilhelmshof Hotel and have always been very satisfied. I will most certainly return again in the near future. Only one tiny thing: this time we stayed in superior style rooms and it seemed to me that it would be a nice gesture to provide the guests with some toileteries -- a small bottle of shampoo and of conditioner, maybe a shower cap. I am sure that most people carry theirs anyway but it would be a nice touch -- given the comfort of these rooms. |
