Location is perfect just in the city center and brekfast is exelent It was realy angry then i found that hotel not only charged money for my stay, but also reserved duble amount of my stay from my credit card this made me a lot of troubles. |

Excellent central location and rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfasts very good and lots of choice. Staff very helpful. I think they should have warned us about the free pop concert outside the hotel on the Friday night. This might have allowed us to change our itinerary in advance of our visit. We were woken ealr every morning by the stand being built and were disturbed by the concert itself, although it was over by 22.30. We might have had an early start on the Saturday and this would have been a problem. |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was substantial. Very good location for all city events. The room reflected the culture and period of the city and was huge. Every floor board creaked and I was concerned about making noise and desturbing people in rooms below. Location was in a busy square of the city so you could expect it to be noisy out front but 6.00am council street repairs made the lie in difficult. |

The service which was personal,friendly and polite, the staff who were educated and multilingual, the ambiance and authentic decor, the location, the generous buffet breakfast which catered for all tastes. |

La particolarità degli arredi e l'accoglienza del personale. L' ambiente è molto originale rispetto alle proposte di soggiorno sempre più omologate, e tutto ciò che cattura lo sguardo al suo interno ti aiuta a capire che sei in Austria. Inoltre c'è un atmosfera familiare, in diversi punti dell'hotel ti accoglie un cesto di mele buonissime e ad ogni piano, (ho soggiornato al quarto) una antica culla per bambini ti ricorda che magari hai lasciato a casa il tuo bimbo e prometti che un giorno lo porterai nuovamente lì. L'hotel è un antico convento, resistono sparsi qua e là un certo numero di crocifissi che spero siano solo altre testimonianze del passato (visto che l'hotel ne è pieno)e non altarini di devozione, da atea mi darebbe un pò fastidio. |

bijzondere ligging op kalm centraal plein, vlakbij winkelgebied en toeristische attracties (gebouwen) en even buiten de stad al vollop natuur dat je hoe dan ook de eerste verdieping moet opklouteren alvorens een lift te bereiken maakt het minder toegankelijk voor sommigen (gehandicapten, grote families, veel bagage) |

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und die Zimmer die sich im hinteren Bereich befinden, sind in einer angenehmen ruhigen Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, es fehlte einfach eine gewisse Auswahl |
