Flexibilität - unser Aufenthalt wurde problemlos um einen Tag vorverschoben, und als wir Stress beim Auszug hatten wurde uns eine Stunde mehr gewährt. Ausgezeichnete Lage, schöne Wohnung

Einige Kleinigkeiten gehören repariert - wir hatten aber erst am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes Zeit, dies zu melden und werten dies nicht als negativ. Eine Wohnung dieser Größe mit zwei Schlafzimmern bräuchte wenigstens ein WC das vom Badezimmer getrennt liegt, sonst unweigerlich Morgenstau etc.

Very clean.Very quiet area.Close to a metro station and very close to a tram station.Billa supermarket 10 minutes away.Very good WiFi.The manager is very helpful.New furniture,very good equiped kitchen.

The parking is on the street. 4 euro/hour.You cannot buy a ticket for a few days. The maximum time you can stay parked in one place is 2 hours.You can buy more tickets at once but you have to change them every two hours which is very annoying.But in the weekends parking on the streets is for free.There are also private parkings for about 10 euro/day but are pretty far from the apartment.

clean, well connected to public transportation, all needed facilities availale incl. cofee machine, microwave, washing machine etc. , Billa supermarket at groundfloor, easy to get in and get out. close to Prater, great for families with kids. We loved the appartment, we were 4 adults and 2 kids.

some minor construction works in vicinity, but the noise was low and anyway most of the time we were out to see the city; the terrace is not that intimate / clse to the next app. terrace, but still a nice experience to drink your coffee there.

Great for 3 couples with 3 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms in each Shopping centre downstairs.Walking distance to everything.Good clean luxury apartment.We would stay again

Kitchen needs a few more utensils.Check your log in details carefully.

The apartment is modern and has all facilities we could have wanted (washing machine, kettle, fridge, hair dresser, cleaning tools, ...)

The location could have been better, but it was next to public transportation.

We stayed at the Darwingasse 18 apartment. We never met the owner but every thing was perfect regarding the entrance at the apartment. The metro was like 700 mtrs from the apartment. The kitchen was good enough and very big, and full equiped.

The small toilet was horrible, with no window and very very small. One of the bedroom was very small. The mattress were not good. But any way for that price you can not pretend to much.

did not leave ANYTHING in apartment to help with settling in- no cleaning products, a Nespresso coffee maker with not even 1 left over coffee pod, no detergent or washing up liquid, no salt, pepper, tea.. nothing. I have stayed in many apartments before, but never have I stayed in one with no extra comfort

All good for our four day city catch up with our our lovely French family. .We come from Australia. Would have said excellent but the pots were cheap and there was no wine opener and no wine glasses otherwise all very good. Would return here!

Good location and direct access to the city center (by tram in about 10 min), very spacious, modern and clean, very nice roof terrace, easy login and logout with the keys-system.. Overall, highly recommended!

For five people it would be better to have at least two toilets/ bathrooms, it would be nice to have a few more utensils in the kitchen (like dishwasher tabs, bowls etc), unfortunately there was no soap and no trash can in the bathroom

Location, next to supermarket, very clean, near to metro station.

Internet connection lost 1 day

Each bedroom had: a shower and a toilet, a tv, electric blinders, a dressing. The bedrooms war disposed opposed from the living room. In the living room the apartment had a big terrace (very good in summer). The kitchen had a lot of stuff for cooking (we didn't use it). Billa (downstairs), a few Restaurants, Taborstrasse with a lots of stuff (restaurants, shops, banks, other hotels, near Danube, close to center (15min walk, 2 U-train station away from center)

There was a mistake somewhere between booking and yourapartment, I received the wrong address and it was a little bit annoying at 23:00 but in the and was very good. So in conclusion be aware of the address, ask for it and for the check in information very well.

Good location near metro station practically in the city center. Very quiet place. There are all the necessary gadgets and a fire-place.

Very good location for such a price. I'll recommend it for a company of 4-5 persons, we've enjoed there.

No information on the train system or local sites.

It was very nicely located, with easy walking distance to the metro and a grocery store right downstairs. The apartment is very modern with excellent bathrooms!

While my communication via email with Yourapartment was good, upon arrival we had some questions that we needed answered. We found the key to get in and the internet access code easily, but it would have been nice to have some sort of an information packet with things like: where to dump the trash, how to control the temperature, etc.

It is a large apartment with a good location. The staff was nice, helpful and willing to help, although it took some time to find out answers to my questions in some cases. The kitchen is well equipped, although a dishwashing machine should be provided for this price.

The apartment, or at least some parts of it, are a bit run-down. The ventillation in the toilet did not work. The third bedroom, in which the equipment of the central heating is located, is not really a bedroom. It does not even have a proper door. There was also a bit of dusk below the bed - for EUR 55 compulsory cleaning fee it should not be there.

хорошее расположение. тихий район. трамвайная остановка прямо возле апартаментов, до метро минут 10. просторные апартаменты в хорошем состоянии. всё красиво и удобно - как на фотографиях. вся техника работает, интернет достаточно быстрый. напротив хороший азиатский ресторанчик - не дорого и очень вкусно!!

когда въехали, не было туалетной бумаги... совсем... также не было жидкого мыла, никакого. получается, как только въехали, в туалет нормально не сходить. хорошо, что не далеко есть заправка - докупили эти мелочи там. не плохо было бы повесить хоть какие-то шторы. на окнах не было никаких. если в гостинной вечером можно хотя-бы опустить глухие жалюзи, то на кухне сидишь, как в аквариуме. учитывая, что окна кухни выходят во двор и там кругом соседские окна, получается не очень комфортно...

Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel. Tout le confort à disposition.

Immeuble avec des voisins très bruyants, qui faisaient des travaux tôt le matin et jusque tard le soir. D'autres voisins avec des jeunes enfants qui criaient, jouaient en faisant, là encore, beaucoup de bruit. Pas de volets aux fenêtres au Autriche donc pas d'obscurité totale pour la nuit.

Appartamento semplicemente fantastico.

Très bel espace, parfait pour un groupe de 6 personnes visitant Vienne puisque chacun peut garder son indépendance. Une belle terrasse!

1 seule clé/appartement, c'est compliqué à plusieurs!
