The welcome was very warm and the fresh breakfast buffet had a good selection with freshly made hot coffee. The bed was very comfortable and our room on the 3rd floor was very quiet. Lift was very convenient. Free internet in your room is a big advantage. The location is easily walkable from the train station and then onto the centre of town. |

Perfect position, close to the train station and the ciy centre. We were a bit surprised by the entrance, which is basically an indoor car park, then the lift would take you up to the reception, but everything else was perfect. We did not mind that and we would totally recommend this hotel. |

Close to station & old town. Very heavy quilt not suitable for summer I asked for a light blanket none was available. No fridge. Ceramic floor tiles made it noisy if chairs were moved or things were dropped on the floor in other rooms. |

There is no polite way to say this, but the toilets in this hotel are very strange. Basically, the basin of the toilet consists of a very shallow, waterless shelf. No matter how careful you are, you will at some point accidentally touch your own handiwork when you wipe. In the end, I found the only way to avoid this was to flush first before wiping. You have been warned!!! |

My room was lovely - bright, clean, spacious (for a single), quiet, considering how central the hotel is and altogether very cosy. Great bathroom. Nice bedlinen. The receptionists were both very helpful, charming and efficient. I liked the security of the key fob access too. A great place to stay. |

Our room was quite roomy. Although the hotel is centraly located, we didn't suffer from the street noises. Not much. If I'm going to be fussy, I will say that although it wasn't intentionnal, I was badly informed as to the best solution to park my car overnight and wound up paying more that I should have. Also, there was no air conditionning, but to be fair, it didn't turn out to be an issue the night we spent there. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff as well as in the breakfast room. That when the window was closed it became a totally sound proof room. Very convenient walk to nearby historic Old Town are. Free in-room wifi. |

The Hotel is central to all locations in the city with a short walking distance from trains and cable cars, I was traveling by motorbike and was able to park under the hotel which made it easy for loading and unloading. I will be returning to Innsbruck for a longer visit and will stay at the Zack again. |

Very central particularly to the old part of Innsbruck. The staff were courteous and friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. Really did not need more. |

The Hotel Innsbruck with its individual charm is situated in the heart of Innsbruck's old town, at the banks of the Inn Rver. |
The Leipziger Hof is a traditional, family-run hotel in an ideal location between Innsbruck's main train station, city park and historic old town. |
This family run hotel, located on the edge of a charming city park, is just a short walk from all the sights and sounds of the city centre. |
A very traditional hotel located in the city center, totally renovated, with a typical Tyrolean atmosphere. The restaurant offers international and Austrian dishes. |
